Not what expected

Thought I had an ocean view, but had view of adjoining rooftops and constant noise from building AC unit. Never any mention of parking fees. No microwave.

Great rental at the beach!

I’ve stayed at KBR before and loved the resort pools and beach access, so this rental was great. We still had access to all the same amenities as if we had rented through KBR, and the check in and checkout was very easy. Would definitely rent here again!

Pool and related old and out of date. Pool was freezing cold. Hot tubs not working properly.

Was okay under my emergency booking requirements. I would not stay here again unless I had a similar last minute need.

The public areas were plentiful and lovely. The pools and hot tubs were nice. Lobby is gorgeous. The view from the balcony wasn't the best, but for view just go done to the lobby which is where we spent a lot of time. More seating at the beach might have been nice too.

Great place to stay

Our room 2417 was very nice and we appreciated the welcome gifts. We also like the location and resort. Only one thing I would improve in the resort and that would be pool/beach area. Would be nice to have there some Cabanas, beach Umbrellas and beach chairs rental. Over all it's very nice place to stay !! No surprises with hidden fees or unexpected charges at check out as someone mentioned in previous reviews.

Very beautiful property

We had to book this room last minute as our other accommodations became unavailable. It really was a blessing in disguise. The owner called us shortly after booking and gave us information about the stay. She was very nice and helpful. To add to that, we were greeted with chocolates, wine, beer, water, and snacks upon arrival to the room. Very appreciated. We made use of the pack and play for our daughter. The beds are double and not queen so if you have 4 people it might be a little tight. We are not ones to lounge at pools all day but we did find ourselves lounging at the beautiful pools of this resort. Our daughter loved the shallow sand pool. The water slide is fun and if you want a more quiet pool there is one on the other side which is never full. The bartenders at the pool side bar were nice and happy hour had some good specials. We tried the breakfast buffet one morning and it was adequate. I do recommend the Saturday prime rib and crab buffet. It was fantastic. I would absolutely recommend this room. Thank you!

Clean, well-equipped, location as pictured

Clean condo; very pleasant staff throughout the property. Nice bars and restaurant on property, with many more nearby. I've stayed at this property (but not in this unit) in years past several times, and it's always been great. This time was no exception, and room came equipped with many thoughtful touches--snacks, some food, plenty of towels, two fridges, a balcony. I was very pleased.

Good for the Price.

Good for the price. Nice pools and ressort area. However they charge 25 dollar pr day for parking! Which we were not told at booking since we booked A privately owned room. View from balcony party to mountains and partly to the roof of the parking lot building. But ok the price considered. Room very well stacked for A hotel room. Wine chocolate plates cups etc. Very Nice. We recommend the place.

Nice resort. Pools areas are nice. Good service

Everything was nice except the scum and dirt in the pools. I saw them adding chemical but the filter system didnt seem to be working well. I would definitely recommend this resort

Privately owned unit in resort. Modest accommodations, but met our needs just fine.

The resort is well kept and clean. Pools and hot tub we’re all perfect. Hotel staff were kind enough. Easy valet parking was a plus! The beach was never packed so we enjoyed lots of walks without being bothered. Restaurant and bar on site left much to be desired. Over priced middle of the road food with very limited options. Restaurant staff wasnt overly friendly or welcoming. We noticed this throughout the island though. They seem to be over tourists! Our group of four gals booked a dinner cruise and laua while here with the Expedia concierge on site at the hotel and found that to be very convenient and even less expensive than online options.

Comfortable room in a great resort

Room is as shown - 2 double beds and not a lot of extra space. That said, the room was well appointed for its size. 2 small fridges, a coffee maker, a toaster oven, and basic set of dishes/utensils, make it a perfect home base. We were able to make our own breakfasts and pack lunches for excursions. Balcony overlooked a roof so was not amazing but at least there was a balcony. Natur’s Gate and Aveda products in the bathroom were a nice touch. Checkin and checkout was simple.

Paradise

We loved our stay at this place. The room was clean and comfortable plus the owner purchased us a baby crib to use and lent it to us to stay elsewhere! The kindness and generosity of the owner and her manager Julie made everything so easy. Then on top of this the resort itself is 5 star food, swimming pools and service. Watching the sun set round the fire pit drinking happy hour Margaritas after swimming in the pool was one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you so much for having us.
