“Room was too outdated. Staff were fantastic, Didn’t have to use the hot tub and spa. Parking charges is ridiculously expensive although knew that per booking. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet every day to start our day and had a great time mainly relaxing by the pool and walks on the beach. ”

“Hotel is going through a remodel, was a bit of a maze to get to and from our room. Amenities are nice, food on property was not, asked why no one was getting in the ocean from the property and was told the water conditions here are not suitable to swim. Have stayed at Outrigger in Oahu and it was much nicer, would not stay here again. ”

"Hotel was an older property, in a quiet part of Lihue. Room was in reasonable condition, the room was clean but showed some of the age of the property but don't think that is an easy fix and was part of the charm. The room fridge was very helpful, as was the small amount of utensils provided. All the staff were very friendly and kind. Was able to store luggage prior to check-in and after check-out which was a big help. The coffee available was good and an added bonus. Parking was limited but never had any problems finding a space. The local chickens were a bonus, watching them strut around the streets. "
