“Lovely house! Everything you need for a wonderful vacation on the beach. The clothes dryer is a little loud and is missing the lint filter, so a few articles of clothing went missing…but we found them below the house where the dryer vent blows out. Other than that little mystery, our stay was perfect!”

“We needed a rental property that would accommodate us for family in north port and for visiting a hospital in sarasota. This was the perfect fit. Great central location. Close to everything we needed. The house is so cozy and beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds and all the amenities you need to make you feel like home. Kyle is wonderful with keeping in touch and assisting with anything that you need. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Florida. You cannot go wrong...

The host gave us plenty of space , didn’t know they were there . Communication of instructions for parking (3 spots) check in etc all good. Pleasant stay convenient to town 👍”
