“This was our second time staying at the Evan Cottage and it was yet again perfect for our little family of 4. It is the coziest little home away from home and we can’t recommend it enough! Listing is very accurate, and although we didn’t have to reach out to the owners beforehand or while there, we know it would’ve been easy to get ahold of them if needed. Overall, very pleased with our experience yet again!”

“Great location. Close to Forsythe Park. We could have stayed for less time and saw all the attractions. The last four days it rained. Uber service was great. Never had to wait more than five minutes for a ride. Kroger was in walking distance. Loved the funky vibe of the place. ”

“This cute little cottage is tucked away in a wonderful neighborhood that’s as pretty as a postcard and very quiet. We felt totally safe too. The cottage itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a cozy stay. The only quirk? It’s got a bit of a slant—charming in a “Dr. Seuss meets real estate” kind of way. Just don’t set your coffee down without a coaster… or a seatbelt. Still, we’d definitely come back (maybe with a level and some Velcro).”

“Wonderful place to get in and out of for shopping, sightseeing and eateries. Facility was very clean and easily accessible. Great for two people. Very relaxing. Extremely clean upon arrival. We also left it clean. I would recommend this cute little cottage. You will enjoy. ”

“Quick 5 day getaway in between busy family schedules! Enjoyed the relaxed pace of Tybee and access to Savannah. Salty Mermaid checked all the points for us…serene lagoon pool, clean hot tub, private setting. We traveled by plane so were unable to bring a lot of “extras”…our host had us set up for not a need in the world!”

“This is our second time staying here. Both times were great. Susan is very quick to respond to any questions. The lake offers good fishing, particularly for bass, and it leads to another large lake. Long Lake is massive and has a lot of wildlife on it. The cottage was very nice, clean, and up to date. Everything that was listed in the listing was provided and very accurate. “Our stay at the cottage was absolutely perfect. I have never stayed in a rental that was exactly as listed. It was so beautiful. Location was perfect. You can walk to almost any location in the downtown area. The cottage was so clean. I'm OCD and couldn't find any area that wasn't clean. Also, the extra little things matter.
