“Staff at check-in and check out were rude. No sign on door stating no pets were allowed in this area. My dog was carried the entire time but staff were super critical and hyper focused on her presence. Talking to us in a condescending way. The pet fee was $90. Won't stay here again.”

“The property was nice and pet friendly. However the day of check out they were having the water worked on which threw off my plans for that morning. Couldn’t swim or go to the beach because I was not able to come back and shower. Everything else went well during the trip.”

“The hotel definitely has a lot of charm and character, and the property itself is very cute and unique. However, the soundproofing was a major issue — I could clearly hear conversations and even someone talking on the phone in another room. The amenities also felt worn out, with cheap towels and areas that could really use upgrades and refreshing. Overall, it has potential and charm, but in my opinion it does not meet the standard of a true 4-star hotel.”
