Situated on the 4th floor of a secure residence (with elevator), this cozy 35 sq. m studio includes:
- a lovely living room with a comfortable sofa-bed as well as a double bed,
- a well-equipped open kitchen ( toaster, coffee machine, microwave, hotplates, fridge),
- a bathroom with a tub,
- TV, Wi-Fi.

## Neighborhood

This apartment in the center of Lille is ideal for visiting the city. On the border between Old Lille and the Euralille district, you will be able to choose between the typical old streets or the ultra-modern business district of the city. You will be in the heart of Lille’s activities, with its numerous museums, cinemas, restaurants and stores. In a 20-min walk, you will reach the great market of Wazemmes, where you can find anything and everything and enjoy its unique atmosphere. For more peace and quiet, the zoo of Lille as well as the famous Vauban Citadel and its park will also be a 20-min walk away: perfect for pleasant walks in the heart of Lille!

Lille-Lesquin Airport → 15 min by car or 30 min with public transports
