“Are you still available? I want to bring my whole family:)”

“Unable to sleep! Do not stay here during the summer. Even though it seemed to cool off at night, and even with a fan, it was so hot in the top bedroom that we sweat all night and did not sleep a wink. Also, there was a dog barking next door so that made it even harder to sleep. For some reason, there isn’t a pool listed in the description but when we complained about the heat, we were told we could use the pool. The property is beautiful but unbearable in terms of getting sleep, I do not...

“Beautiful location. Loved the small vib. Limited restaurants. do not follow google map”

“Een perfecte accommodatie en prachtige plek ,de eigenaresse Sonia is behulpzaam. Je kan alles vragen, alleen moet dat dan via de app. De eigenaresse spreekt alleen Italiaans, een heel klein beetje Engels. Lastig communiceren. Mooi centraal gelegen, Florence is maar een half uurtje rijden. Minpunt; geen airco”

“We found sanctuary at this lovely farmhouse during the July heat wave--refreshing dip in the pool, relaxing dinner in the courtyard, restful sleep in the air-conditioned home. Got up to watch the sunrise over the vineyards, absolutely stunning scenery, and watched three hot air balloons also taking in the sights. Matteo was very welcoming, and we bridged the language barrier with a little help from Google translate. Wished we could have stayed longer!”

“This refurbished cottage is a hidden gem, surrounded by fruit trees on a hillside facing Siena. You’ll need a car — it s about a 5-minute drive on a steep, narrow, winding road to get to the stores by the freeway. The cottage was bigger than we were expecting, with a small but well-equipped kitchen. The host turned on the AC in anticipation of our arrival. There are two bedrooms on the main floor with AC, and a fourth bed in a loft.”

“The property and location were wonderful. It let my son and I explore a large area of Tuscany over the 2.5 weeks we were there.Sonia was a wonderful host and made check in and out a breeze. Wifi was great, allowed me to work remotely from the property in the afternoons and the pool was a welcome addition to help beat the afternoon heat.”

“Location was close to restaurants and bars. View from the windows is spectacular. Lots of ups and downs for walking but typical of Italy. Would have liked to see a toaster and handrail on stairs to bedroom, otherwise well equipped. An information booklet including operation of appliances would be helpful.”

“Das Objekt liegt zwischen Florenz und Siena umgeben von Olivenbäumen. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge.”
