“Everything was perfect”

“The owner let us check in early, which was super nice. The location is very nice and quiet, in the middle of the woods with a lot of walking trails. One set of linen for two weeks is a little bit sparse due to not having a washer and dryer at the location, so bringing an extra set can be handy if you stay longer than a week. Very nice outdoor space. The only negative experience was that someone tried to enter the apartment before we checked out but luckily we had the front door locked.”

“The apartment does not correspond in numerous essential points to the equipment stated in the description: The studio (?) has only around 30 to 40m2 (60m2 are stated), there is no kitchen, no working TV, no tumble dryer, the washing machine may only be operated by the landlady. There is also no closet (only an open "wardrobe" in a kind of storage room), there is only one small side table, only one bedside table and generally no bedside lamps, no hairdryer in the bathroom. There are three doors...

“Superb new flat but poor without no milk or microwave - not everyone in the world drinks black coffee! Superb hotel and treatments but poor service upfront in the email on line booking - fortunately on arrival by having to escalate everything we got our special meal and spa -but don't know why the "total guest service" agents failed before then by neither responding nor booking what we asked for”
