“Old historic building that is a really nice and friendly hotel. I loved my room, the complimentary continental breakfast, and the friendly staff. Location is great, just a short walk down to the wharfs and a short walk to/from the airport express bus. If I ever get back to Hobart, I’ll stay here again!!”

“The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was clean and neat and the bed was comfortable. It was affordable and I will stay there again. Not too far from the CBD but it is at the top of a hill so walking could be a challenge.”

“We stayed in The Vine room which is not part of the original hotel but in a structure to the side of the hotel. The bathroom was modernised but otherwise it was dated decor. That said, it was clean and fine all round.”

“We had a delightful stay. Shower in bathroom is extremely small, best to avoid if you are tall or large. The bathroom is huge, not sure why they shower is so small.”

“A family of four we stayed two nights. Walking distance to city and a reasonable prize. We didn’t find the continental breakfast worth the prize, didn’t try out the full brekkie. Otherwise a good choise, no problem finding parking space and roomy bathroom. ”
