“Beuat and comfy room. Very narrow check times. Poor WiFi. Wobbly hot/cold water, probably installed by Mr. Bean himself. Brekkie to be self cooked. 150ml milk with amazing granola, bring more milk with you. Stale bread. Eggs and bacon cook yourself, if you find the power switch to the stovetop, it is well concealed. Lack of power outlets. ”

“Excellent stay, great location. Bathroom being seperate to the house was no problem at all. Cafe staff were as quiet as they could be when opening up at 5:30am in the morning. Curtains in the back bedroom would be an improvement but overall a lovely place to stay.”

“Beware!!After our 9 hour drive we were looking forward to arriving at this cozy cottage we booked. On arrival it turns out that this 'cozy 'cottage is stone cold and damp and that the second bed hasn't been made and there are no extra sheets or towels to be found to make it with either. Absolutely nothing is welcoming or cozy. I should have read the reviews better as the 'kitchen' is a bench with a microwave and electric kettle and the only water is in the bathroom faucet. No way to cook...

“The house is stunning and compact yet spacious. Kalahari was such a wonderfully kind and considerate host for our trio of mums and kids staying overnight in the city. A quick 12 min walk from the tram line and 5 min stroll to Hutt Street for local cafes, restaurants, and IGA. The accommodation was so clean, well presented, and stocked with essentials like cookware, bodywash, salt, oil etc. There was also milk in the fridge and some cheeky chocolates upon arrival )”
