âWe had a 10 day stay at this hotel. Overall had a great stay!
Pros:Clean, Housekeeping on your own schedule, Water bottles daily, Always offered clean towels. Staff able to call taxis. Good elevators, and AC!
Cons: Front desk staff not alwaya available, Small lobby, THE SHOWERS. The tubs are very tall and makes it difficult for elderly guests. The shower sprays everywhere and the water will drain to a drain located near the sink. It can get slippery and overall messy. While it looks attractive...
âUnder vĂ„r mĂ„nadslĂ„nga vistelse i Taiwan hade vi detta hotell som bas och bodde hĂ€r vid tre separata tillfĂ€llen. Vi hade tre olika rum, alla var mycket bra. Rent. frĂ€scht, vĂ€nligt. Mycket bra frukost. Bussar till bĂ€gge flygfĂ€lten stannar utanför dörren till hotellet, tunnelbana precis i nĂ€rheten. Solklar tiopoĂ€ngare.â
âFirst time here and I liked it a lot. I came early and the room was not ready so I sat in the service area on the second floor and worked a while. Nice area where you can prepare your own meals.
The room was clean and modern. Just remember, they dont have a restaurant but there are many of them around.â

Jag Àlskar att det Àven fanns en kombinerad tvÀttmaskin/torktumlare i rummet.
Vi besökte Taiwan dÄ Coronaviruset var aktivt i Asien.Detta mÀrktes överallt och Àven pÄ Hotellet som hade mycket hög fokus pÄ hygien och renlighet.

Eccellente pulizia, colazione superba sia occidentale che asiatica. Vicino alla metro che in loco tempo porta ovunque.
Struttura nuovissima e moderna, dotata di tutti i confort.
Hotel che sceglieremo nuovamente se torneremo a Taipei.

âA wonderful staff. After arriving at the hotel after along flight, I left my phone in the taxi's cab. The hotel staff checked the cc-tv and got the license plate. And then found the contact information of the driver. They made sure to get my phone from him and deliver back to my room.
The staff here went above and beyond and i am so thankful to them.â
âGood hotel in central location. Close to the subway so it was easy to reach different parts of the city. Hotel arranged an airport taxi for us that was waiting when we came back in the afternoon to pick up our luggage.â

"The hotel is truly a majestic and beautiful building (although dated) and well worth visiting. Be aware of that it is a tourist attraction and can be very crowded and noisy in the lobby. During our trip (weekend), an army of young girls in princess dresses wrecked havoc in the lobby. It was less than ideal for enjoying a romantic treat in the lobby cafe and the staff were very busy. Not much time for giving us service or attention, which caused an initially disappointed impression. I would say that the lobby cafe is overpriced in regards to the level of service and mediocre quality of food & drink. The interior design is beautiful and we appreciated the white tablecloth and all, but the noisy stressful environment was a let down. We asked a waitress if there was some special event but she said that it's always like that. Seems like kids and tour busses full of backwater mainland Chinese villagers from all over arrive and spend some time in the facility. Forget any notion of dresscode and expect cheap behaviour like blasting cell phone speaker noise in public..
We had dinner in the golden dragon restaurant. A quite nice experience with a good view of downtown Taipei. The service style was a bit different from western restaurants. If you wanted to order, you really had to grab the attention of the staff. Very good food!
I don't recommend the breakfast. A lot of choices, but most of it low quality."

Frukosten Àr inte japansk utan taiwanesisk och italiensk (vÀldigt goda pizzabitar) men det största problemet med frukosten (som Àr dyr) Àr att akustiken var förfÀrlig- det var otroligt bullrigt och skrikigt och dessutom ganska hög musik - för mig som Àr morgontrött och ljuskÀnslig var det ingen bra upplevelse. Onsen var ganska litet, en bassÀng men helt ok. Rummet var stort och rymligt, sÀngen skön, bra service. "
