This place for all our needs as a family traveling inland to Lincoln city. We were able to stay comfortably and I appreciate how much we were able to enjoy being a family spending quality time together.

This location was perfect by all metrics! Clean, spacious, attractive, well appointed, safe, conveniently located with everything in good working order. We couldn’t have been more pleased. If we return to Lincoln City, this would be our first choice of places to stay.

The house overall is in fair condition. The bathrooms and kitchen are nice. Close to the beach and all the shops nearby on 101. They do need to go through and replace all the broken stuff like the toaster and the little vacuum and also fix the back doors so it doesn't take an effort by three people to get them to close and lock. The games and puzzles should just get thrown away. The foosball table was a joke. First there were no foosball's, but it was so unstable that my almost 2 grandson managed to tip it over into himself, he was fine and we shoved the table against the wall and prohibited the kids from using it . The spacious decks were unusable except the front deck was good to let the kids play, but the back deck is pretty much unusable since the only furniture were some cheap broken plastic chairs. A table and some comfortable chairs would be a nice addition. It is cheaper because there is no ocean view and a two block walk to the beach, which we expected. Also, even though I didn't smell it, others said it smelled like cat pee so we tried to keep all the windows open to air the place out. I think this is a good example of a rental that is not ever used by an owner and just gets the minimum amount put into it so they can rent it. The bottom line is that I can't recommend this place unless you're ok with its limitations and just want a place central to a lot of attractions.
