Summary:
318 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned family suite with stunning top floor views that make the 2 flights of stairs worth it. This one bedroom, one bath condo has a bathtub for the kids, and sleeps up to 6 on a King bed as well as a queen bed and sleeper sofa in the living room. A gas fireplace offers cozy ambiance, and the stocked kitchen is great for families or extended stays. Guests also have easy beach access on the property as well as access to the HOA-maintained pool.

The Space:
318 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned family suite with stunning top floor views that make the 2 flights of stairs worth it. Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Plus- The room was clean and beautiful, perfect size for our little family. Having a waterfront deck to sit on and drink coffee was divine. The check in and out process was easy peasy. Lots of extra linens and towels, good showers, clean sheets.Minus- there was a dog next door that was barking loudly both mornings at 6 or 7 am. The beds need an upgrade, horribly uncomfortable, especially in the bedroom.Lastly, the pool and hot tub NEED IMPROVEMENTS- pool was cold and the mats on the ground in the pool hurt your feet, very unsanitary. The hot tub had har and dirt balls floating in the bubbles. The wall next to the hot tub is rotting and moldy. If you don’t want to go swimming or in the hot tub, this was a decent spot. Good price.Beautiful ocean views

The room is lovely; clean and spacious. The TVs are locked with a pin other than local channels so we couldn't start up any streaming apps. This is important to note, especially if you're travelling with kiddos who have specific habits or needs. The views are literally breathtaking! It was the coolest being able to hear the ocean and see people on the beach with their bonfires and smell that burning wood smell. It was so grounding. This is my first time to Lincoln City and I didn't expect it to have SO MANY amenities. DSands is perfectly located. Parking is easy. Super convenient.

Brilliant.

As advertised. It’s not the Ritz but it was clean, comfortable and super affordable. The only downside was the hot tub - the environment is dank and it was dirty Hardly the fault of the owner of the suite tho. Would recommend!

Great location and beautiful view!

The room was just as described. It must be a popular place, the housekeepers were a little late getting our room ready so check in was late, but the room was all clean and ready for us. The view from the balcony is unbeatable!

Beach vibes

Overall everything was nice. It was obvious that the cleaners had rushed through (there was a pair of socks left behind the bedroom door, sticky spots on the counters and cupboards, food left in the fridge, etc) but the condo was perfect for a weekend stay. Great location on the beach and overall pretty quiet. Parking can be tricky.

The property was overall pretty great. It needs a little attention like a new kitchen faucet. It wasn’t working very well. The bedroom closet door was not on its track so we just put it aside… no problem. Those wouldn’t stop me from staying again but really should be fixed.

Comfortable and clean oceanfront!

The views here are amazing! The beach outside is beautiful, clean and fun. The unit is very clean and comfortable - the only exception is the deck that looks like it has not been cleaned in some time. The beds are nice, new TV and fireplace was very nice. We had one very short interaction with the property managers, which was very pleasant. FYI: the hot tub was not open while we were there.

Loved our stay! Would definitely come back. The condo was beautiful inside ,clean and comfortable. Small downside, outside a little rough and close to a noisy road. Overall I’d still give it 5 stars. Can’t say enough about that view!

35th anniversary get-away

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and the king bed was comfortable. Some kind of stool to put your feet up would be nice. The kitchen is very minimally stocked with things to use to cook. I am glad we had decided we would make breakfast simple (bakery items) and brought things for sandwiches and that we ate dinner out. There weren’t enough things in the kitchen to cook a meal, at least not one we would have made. A tea kettle would be a nice addition.
