“We spent two nights in this excellent two bedroom cottage 15 minutes walk from Chch CBD. The cottage is spacious with separate dining and lounge areas which were very warm and comfortablewith elegant decor. The bedrooms were also spacious and comfortable. “It was easy access to the accommodation which was spacious and clean. It was simple and we were comfortable. It is in a good location with a bus stop right outside. Frequent buses go to the city center and we could walk to the beach. I highly recommend this little gem.”

“We were unaware it was only 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds... but worked just fine because the boys had sleeping bags on one bed. Dishwasher was not functioning safely with drawers unable to take weight so we chose to hand wash our dishes. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay.”

Lamp on wall above bed inoperative and loose. Light above sink in master bath is out. Property needs attention before I would recommend. Shame, great location with potential.”

“Good location, close to everything. Make sure to book parking in advance, 10 dollars, you can't always stay on the street. Very small rooms, can be a bit noisy. Works for one night. ”
