Det här barnvänliga, 5-bädds / 3 badrummet, 3000 kvadratmeter hem (90 Loon Brook Road) ligger bara 6 hus på gatan från Kancamagus-liften (23 Loon Brook Road)! Också bara 5 minuters promenad till Pemi River! Gratis användning av säsongsöppen utomhuspool på Loon Mountain Club (öppen Memorial Day - Labor Day)!

3-nivå hemmet är bekvämt utrustat med 5G WiFi, 3 smarta hi-def TV-apparater, alla med kabel, fullt utrustat kök, vackra möbler, Electrolux tvättmaskin / torktumlare, parkering för 5 bilar (inklusive 1 garageplats) och två familjerum. Hemmet har också två ensuite sovrum, tillsammans med tre extra sovrum. Hemmet är perfekt för flera familjer eller grupper!

Tillgång till Pemi-floden ligger bara några minuters promenad bort. Av bakdäcken hör du flodens subtila rumpa och njut av säsongsbetonad vinterutsikt över de omgivande vita bergen.

The house was amazing! It was a great size perfect for all the guests staying. Plenty of room to lounge and hangout and plenty of beds. The location is unbeatable! Right at the base of Loon Mountain. The host was so communicative and friendly before and during our stay. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in Lincoln!

This is an amazing house on Loon Mtn. Access to the Mountain Club is icing on the cake. The house is clean and perfect for big families or large groups.

Great choice for a ski getaway.

Mike was very responsive and helpful during the whole check in process and during the stay when I had a few questions. Location couldn’t be better, as it was a quick walk to the lifts and lodge areas. Plenty of space if your looking for a nice group getaway!

Great house!

Our extended family had a great stay. House was comfortable and clean. Mike was super responsive and easy to communicate with. House is right at the base of Loon. Kids love use of the Mountain Club pool and game room. Would definitely rent again.

It was perfect stay for us.

The home is big and comfortable. We have three families with teenagers stayed without any problem. It is perfectly located near loon mountain resort and with a pleasant walking trail leading to Lincoln center.

Clean, comfy and spacious

We were very pleased with our stay. Pictures are a true depiction of property, house was extremely clean and offered all the comforts of home. Mike is a very responsive host and check in process iwas easy. house is within walking distance of Loon mountain resort which couldn’t have been more convenient. Highly recommend for a larger group!

Weekend getaway

We came for a friends/family getaway for the Highland Games. Great, convenient location with an easy walk with littles to Loon. The host was quick to respond with any questions. Pecs are very comfortable. Property is very clean, warm and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome home and better host!

My friends and I had an incredible stay mountainside at Loon. Mike was an unbelievable host making check in and check out the easiest I’ve ever had at a rental, and super helpful answering any questions. House was clean as can be upon arrival. If you are looking to stay in Lincoln there is not better spot to be! 10/10!!

Family ski trip

We had a lovely time for our family ski trip. We mountain hop every year for a big family trip. This home was clean and Mike was very welcoming with excellent communication. This home has been well cared for and it was lovely to stay the week. We did prefer to drive equipment down to the mountain but if the lots are full you can walk.

50th Wedding Anniversary

We recently rented the home to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our kids and grandkids. Our experience was great from start to finish. The home was very clean and accommodating for 8 adults and 3 children. It was also very convenient for many of the attractions we visited during our stay. One of the many highlights of our trip was the time our family spent on the large deck located on the rear of the house. Overall we had a wonderful family vacation and would recommend this home without any reservations.

Comfortable home and great location!

Loved our week long stay in Lincoln, NH. The house was clean and well appointed. Very comfortable for our family ( eight adults and three young children). The location is perfect; it’s walking distance to town and to Loon Mountain. Couldn’t have asked for more. Mike (the owner) got back to us quickly with any questions and texted us a couple of times to make sure we were happy with everything. Highly recommend this rental.

What a great weekend!

First, the place is amazing. It's only a few doors down from the Governor’s Lodge and was perfect for the amount of people we had. We had 10 people for a company ski weekend and the rooms were perfect for what we needed. Second, our host was very proactive, I never had to reach out to him. It’s like he knew I was going to ask a question and he was ready with the information already. If you’re looking for a place that fits a 10+ people, this is it!

Hiking Weekend

This house was perfect for our group of friends (11 total). The house was very spacious between the 2 living areas and the outside deck. We were only here for 2 days, but the kitchen was spacious and well equipped for us to make a big dinner one of the nights. The beds were comfortable! The 3 full baths were welcome with this group, and no shortage of hot water. Our hike ended at the Lincoln Woods Trail, which is just a quick 5 minute drive from the house, so it was very convenient to lots of great hiking trails. Mike was very responsive and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Thanks for your attention and hospitality Mike, we will be back!

Family Ski Weekend

Mike's Loon home was perfect for our family get together with 11 people total (5 kids). The home itself is clean and comfortable and plenty of room for all of us. The layout of the home allowed us to all spend quality time together. You could hear the river flowing behind the house and it was a quick walk (less than 5 min walk), or drop off at the Governor's Lodge - our home base for skiing. We were a quick drive to South Peak (Cisco) and all Lincoln and Woodstock stores/restaurants. The kids loved the pool and hot tub at the Mountain Club, where Mike provided passes. Mike was great to work with - super responsive and helpful and willing to be of any support. We will definitely come back to this great Loon destination for all seasons.

Great spot for families!

We had a quick stay at this property & had a great time! With 3 families & 5 kids between 1 and 5 years old, this was a perfect spot for us. We were there in early November so a bit of off season but still had plenty of fun! The house was kid friendly (there are stairs) - great toys, baby gate on stairs headed down, plenty of kid dishes, and easy access to walks/outside/resort amenities. Sleeping arrangements allowed for parents to hang out after kids went to bed & gave us plenty of configurations for sleep setups. Michael was extremely easy to communicate with & quickly responsive to any questions or needs. We said over & over how we need to keep this house in mind for future trips. Thanks so much to Michael & his family for opening their home to us!

Walking distance to Loon Mountain!

We rented this 5 bedroom house for a family ski weekend. Mike was great to communicate with which made check in a breeze. We had a small issue with a fitted sheet that Mike took care of right away. This house is very convenient to Loon and since the mountain was packed parking was at a premium. A couple of our group didn’t ski and they dropped off and picked us up at the mountain. Full size kitchen and laundry and also 3 bathrooms which was a plus for our group of 12. If you’re skiing at Loon you can’t get much more convenient than this.
