“This is a GREAT house. We had a family get together of 18 and this house was the perfect size. Neighborhood is beautiful. The basement has all the bunk rooms and a living room which was perfect for the young adults. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Rooms were comfy and it is so quiet at night! There's a ton to do in the area with plenty of restaurants and a cool brewery called Base Camp. I would most definitely recommend. ”

“The house was clean and well maintained. It was in a great location to get to the Franconia attractions. We would have liked some better quality pans in the kitchen and pillows in the bedroom, but that wouldn't prevent me from staying there again.”

“The space was perfect for our needs, we had a friends weekend and had more than enough room. The outside could've used some clean up as there were some items laying around the back of the house and the fire pit which didnt make it very inviting. Otherwise the inside was very comfortable and nicely designed with all the items necessary for a good weekend. The beds were very comfortable, the views were beautiful, check in was seemless. “We reported a strong odor of heating fuel and the host dismissed our concerns to justify denying a refund without coming to the property in person despite living locally. VRBO did the right thing and refunded us but this host left us with a bad taste in our mouths and we will be careful about booking at any of his properties again.”
