“Our stay in Milford was so great, we wanted to extend our stay. But this great property superseded our expectations. I would have given 5 stars for cleanliness, However, the cleaner missed some details in the bathroom. Nathan was amazing with communication. “Gorgeous place right in the heart of downtown Holly. The view overlooking Battle Alley is great. The hosts are extremely responsive, friendly, helpful, and thought of all of the extras to make the stay more enjoyable. Modern amenities throughout. We were in town for a wedding at Venue 111 and it’s less than 1/2 mile away. So convienent.”

“When I was making plans to travel, I found Adventure Acres. Normally when I travel I stay at a hotel/ motel, and fuss about noise (kids screaming running down the hallways, parties, arguments, etc. ) when I’m trying to sleep. I found Adventure Acres and reviews saying it was quite. I stayed a week in Suite B5, and agree it was quiet and pleasantly spacious. I had a couple concerns and addressed them to management immediately and was satisfied with their response. I look forward to staying again.”

“Fenton Flats is a great place to stay. It has everything you would need in order live like you were at your own home. Chad and his team are great to work with, so any issues that may arise are fixed very quickly. Location is great too...close to downtown, groceries, and a lot of other great things to do.”

“Clean, spacious, quiet, semi-isolated. Nearly perfect for what I needed this week. Had everything I needed. Oddly and inconveniently, multiple outlets in main room don't work unless the lights are on. It would have been nice to have a place to deposit recyclables.”

“We stayed here for 2 nights while attending a dog show in Grand Blanc. The apartment was very clean and perfect for us and the dogs. We wanted to stay somewhere with a kitchen so we could cook a dinner and stay with the dogs instead of leaving them in crates while we ate. The kitchen is really nice. I contacted the host to ask about A/C after realizing it was not listed and hot outside and she came over and installed a window unit in the bedroom that day!! “My sister and I were looking for a place we could just relax for Mother's Day weekend and this was the perfect spot. There was a coffee and tea bar complete with different flavored coffees and creamers, snacks, more toiletry options than I have at my own house, smart TVs in many rooms, and a hot tub to relax in. It was very clean, but also welcoming and homey. I definitely recommend this house for anyone who wants a comfortable, relaxed, chill getaway. I will be returning in the future.”
