“The hotel was very clean and staff was helpful. The room was fancier than expected. Ew restaurant are opening around it so there are more food options. My only thing is that the breakfast selection was limited.”

“Breakfast could be improved. No "real" coffee, rather instant coffee. Further, something was amiss about the waffle batter.”

“The staff, room, bed, and cleanliness were absolutely top-notch. However, the breakfast experience was just okay and a bit chaotic. The atmosphere was loud, with one guest sitting next to us on a speakerphone call for his entire meal, and another family allowing their child to run wild while repeatedly saying 'no.' A little more enforcement of common courtesy would make breakfast much more enjoyable.”

“The double room was very small. The door would not close all the way you could see the light from outside from the side and from under the door room 332. The Blanket had smoke holes in it more than a few and pretty big size. The staff was nice tho. People live there full time- no judgement tho just making a statement .”

“The entrance was nice. The rooms could have been updated s little I didn't receive housekeeping while I was there. They said, they skipped my room because I had a do not disturb sign on the door. That was not correct.”

“This is out favorite dependable hotel giventm the issues of many midprice hotels of house parties, rooms given out fot social services, etc.; this works for us. Rooms are clean and spacious, they have a refrigerator, I wish they had a microwave, but I know that’s not common in this type of hotel. We’ve never used the breakfast or the dining room. It’s a little tedious finding it in the airport, business district, and we usually aren’t flying in when we stay there, also, our rooms came with free...

“The room was perfect for what our family needed. The reception is a nice bonus. Great breakfast buffet. Friendly resturant/bar staff. The airport shuttle is great. The pool was closed the night we were there due to some kind of accident the day before. There was a storm the night we stayed which caused a roof leak in the dining area and in the men’s lobby bathroom. Had we stayed a different night, the pool would have been open and no roof leaks, in that case the rating would have been perfect.”

“They charged another $ 50 for something without telling me and I still don't know what that for and obviously no receipt. Very small selection for the breakfast (no donuts). Coffee was weak. Room was very depressing and so was the hotel in general. Was not able to get a reciept either. Shuttle to the airport was convienient but super unclear how, why, where, and if I should pay for it. ”

“Hotel is okay, they are currently under renovation. While under renovation it’s a 7.5/10 only because there isn’t any housekeeping after 5. When I checked into my room it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guest who had stayed hut the lady at the front desk got me a new room immediately. Breakfast was okay could be better by adding for options to the hot areas and overall. I feel like I’ve the renovations are done it will be a good hotel but right it okay if you need to quick night to stay at”

“Breakfast should be free for the cost u pay for a room . Fridge’s should be full of drinks and snacks to be billed to room and the food should be available 24 hours being out the air port”
