“The only reason I didn't rate the hotel a full five stars is because they only seemed to serve instant coffee. Otherwise, for the price, this was a great two night stay. Free parking. Fairly limited with only a handful of open spots from what I experienced. But I'll take free. Fantastic hot breakfast (eggs, meats, hash browns, waffles, oatmeal pouches) and the usual cold foods (breads, bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, cereal). Just wish there was actual brewed coffee. “Property was not well maintained. Rooms have very strong and uncomfortable smells of perfumes. Services for guests were very limited. Air condition units were not properly cleaned and maintained. Staff were not very polite and professional. Some have serious language barriers. Lots of noise and smell of tobacco around the compound.”

“You have to pay for breakfast but the selection was good. Pay to park. Rooms need some love. Wallpaper is coming off the walls. The only ice machine is on 7th floor. Rooms had some odors. Room clean. Bathroom sink slow draining. Hilton Hotels usually have a higher standard. This one not so much. Staff was great! ”

“We only stayed one night after we flew back from the Bahamas to BWI airport. We used the hotels free shuttle services. Very convenient. The room was very nice. The only thing was they advertised having a restaurant but they did not. They did have some breakfast food to microwave and some pastries. Although there is a restaurant across from the hotel that was very good.”

“Room door lock didn’t work properly. Hadto fidget with it often so the dope latches work release and/or lock. MAintenance said I wasn’t using the door correctly and there was nothing wrong with the lock. Not the case at all. It’s broken !”

“They charged another $ 50 for something without telling me and I still don't know what that for and obviously no receipt. Very small selection for the breakfast (no donuts). Coffee was weak. Room was very depressing and so was the hotel in general. Was not able to get a reciept either. Shuttle to the airport was convienient but super unclear how, why, where, and if I should pay for it. ”

“Staff were good. The room & kitchen net was clean but the floor was not even/ or leveled up. The chair with wheels kept rolling over to other side of the room. Plus all the water in the bathroom while taking shower did not lead to the drain it went to the other side… had to wipe it off immediately with towels on the floor. Bad experience!!”
