The BEYOND COMO apartment is located in Lipomo, in a strategic position just a few minutes by car from Como’s historic city center. This one-bedroom apartment is a cozy and functional solution, ideal for those who want to explore the branches of Lake Como and immerse themselves in the region’s cultural and natural beauty.

The living area includes a relaxing lounge with sofa and TV, which opens onto an outdoor balcony, and an open-plan kitchen with a peninsula and stools, fully equipped for preparing delicious meals to enjoy at the adjacent dining table. The gray tones and minimalist furnishings give the space a clean and modern look, while the geometric-patterned tiles on the kitchen wall add character to the room. The accommodation offers a double bedroom furnished in soft, neutral tones, equipped with a large wardrobe with doors, shoe racks, and a chest of drawers, providing comfort and ample storage space. The apartment is completed by a modern bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.



The apartment has an outdoor private parking space within the condominium area.

The BEYOND COMO apartment is located in the quiet and scenic residential area of Lipomo, perfect for those seeking relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The neighborhood offers essential services such as shops, bars, and restaurants, as well as numerous green spaces ideal for pleasant walks in nature. Just minutes away lie the trails of Valbasca, a green oasis loved by hikers and walkers, ideal for discovering the typical hilly landscape of the Como area. Nearby is also Montorfano, known for its swimmable lake surrounded by greenery, and home to the historic Golf Club Villa d’Este, one of the most prestigious golf courses in Europe.

Como city center is just about 6 km away and can be easily reached in a few minutes by car. This charming city, located on the shores of the lake of the same name, is renowned for its pedestrian historic center, elegant villas, and breathtaking panoramic views. Visitors can stroll along the lakefront, visit the Duomo, and take the funicular to Brunate for an unmatched view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Lipomo is also well connected to Lecco (about 20 minutes away) and Monza (less than an hour), making the apartment a perfect base to explore the entire region.



How to get there:

By car: from the A9 highway, take the A59 Como Ring Road and continue along Via Oltrecolle. Enter the address in your GPS, and you'll reach the apartment in about 10 minutes.

By train: from the Como San Giovanni or Como Lago stations, walk to Piazza Cavour and take bus C43, getting off at the “Lipomo - Bivio Paese - Rondò” stop. The apartment is about a 3-minute walk from the stop.
