In the heart of the historic district, the building enjoys a peaceful location on a leafy, open square, at the center of Lisbon's most breathtaking viewpoints. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach Alfama, the Castle, the Monastery of São Vicente, the Cathedral (Sé), the National Pantheon, the flea market, and the charming and lively Graça district with its restaurants, wine bars, and traditional shops.

Completely renovated, the apartment is spacious (85 m²) and very cheerful, thanks to its abundant natural light and summery colors. Facing east and west, its numerous double-glazed windows provide plenty of light and natural ventilation throughout.

In every season, its 10m² terrace is an undeniable bonus for enjoying breakfast or a drink after exploring the city.

In winter, you'll appreciate the views of the Tagus River and the illumination of São Vicente Church at nightfall, while in summer, you'll enjoy the beautiful surrounding greenery and its refreshing coolness.

Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a small building with only four apartments, one per floor, it offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

The living areas are very spacious (40m²) and consist of a living room and a lovely adjoining dining room with a large table that can also be used as a desk. The kitchen is very pleasant, bright, and fully equipped. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms. The first has a 160x200 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom (shower, vanity, and toilet). The second bedroom has two single beds that can be made up into a 160x200 cm double bed. In the living room, the sofa can be converted into a 140x200 cm sofa bed to accommodate one or two additional guests. In this case, an additional charge of €30 per person per day will apply; this request must be made when booking the apartment. The second bathroom is separate and also fully equipped, with a large shower, vanity, and toilet.

A rare find in Lisbon, the apartment is heated, which is very comfortable in winter. The apartment's layout, details, and vintage furnishings also set it apart.
You will be welcomed by Simone, who is trilingual in English, French, and Portuguese (or someone from her team), and who will share her favorite spots in the city to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Available and attentive, she will be there should you need anything.
