Appartement au dernier étage d'une petite résidence, bien conçu en optimisation des espaces. Un grand balcon et un roof-top font de ce lieu un spot à part. Utilisez les UBER pour y montée (pratique et pas cher), la côte est longue et raide ou empruntez l'emblématique ligne 28 à 2 pas.La cuisine n'est pas très bien équipée, surtout pour huit personnes. Manque un four, un lave-vaisselle, et quelques ustensiles de cuisine. Manque également un aspirateur et du matériel de ménage pour pouvoir rendre le logement propre. Il faudrait ajouter des torchons au trousseau de linge de maison, nous avons dû essuyer la vaisselle avec une serviette de toilette.La salle d'eau principale devrait avoir un plan vasque plus adapté comme dans la salle d'eau parentale, il y a largement la place pour cet équipement. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de WC séparés.Il faisait très bon dans l'appartement pour une fin octobre, limite chaud, le système de climatisation, doit être limite en plein été.Malgré ces points à corriger, le lieu reste chouette.

Hôte très accueillant et répond rapidement . L appartement est idéalement situé dans un quartier vivant . Cependant nous n avons pas utilisé la cuisine car malheureusement pas propre du tout … idem pour les toilettes . Nous y étions que 4 jours et pour le coup c’était le mauvais côté !

The apartment was dirty overall and very poor in specific areas. Black mold lined the back of tiny bathroom sink. Carpet under the dining table was filthy. It was a tripping hazard because the edges curled up and caught footwear. The was only one ac unit and most of the windows do not open so it was hot. There was a portable ac but it did not have an exhaust tube to send the heat outside. It may be in old town but you are 3-4 km from the touristy area. Communication was poor. Has soon as we opened the door the smell of cigarette was so disturbing, first... second, I contacted the owner and he never answered me back... no toilet paper, no salt no oil, no coffee.... even tho there was an AC its was really hot....to expensive for what we had....but i have to admit, the view was spectacular

Just ok

The apartment was just ok. There are three flights of stairs; one challenging spiral staircase. Getting the luggage into and out of the apartment was challenging. The location was ok. Only 3 bedrooms. Most major attractions were a long, hilly walk or a short Uber. The main issue we had with the apartment was the lack of air conditioning (as advertised). We happened to go to Lisbon when it was 100 degrees outside and the small AC unit didn’t do anything to cool the apartment down. It was easily 85 degrees inside the house with the AC running. It made sleep impossible. The other issue we had was the main bathroom shower and sink wouldn’t drain. With 5 of us trying to shower, it made it difficult. Oscar was quick to respond to all messages though and if you are not traveling during a heatwave, the apartment would be fine.

This apartment is unique with staircases and rooftop though a bit outdated. It has everything for staying away from home. There is a couple of mini markets nearby. The host was responsive; the instructions were clear and useful. There were some inconveniences though: the room with futon is actually not a separated room, the futon is places in the open space; the shower was not working properly, and there practically was no toilet paper. We needed to go and buy some.

séjour très bien au niveau visites . situation du logement très bien, desserte des transports en communs très bien.en ce qui concerne l'appartement , il est mentionné 4 chambres , ce n'est pas exact , il y a 3 chambres et un canapé dans le salon . une salle de bain avec toilettes n'est accessible qu'en traversant une chambre borgne. la deuxième salle de bains n'a qu'un lave main et non un lavabo.le flexible de douche est percé mais le propriétaire n'a rien fait pour le changerla propreté n'est pas au rendez vous, loin de làil n'y a aucun rideau aux fenêtres ce qui est un problème pour ceux qui dorment dans le sallon. la fermeture des cabines de douches est défectueusela baie vitrée qui donne sur la terrasse ne ferme pas,la vaisselle et les couverts sont justes en nombrele chauffe eau fuit il faut mettre un seau dessous , après contact avec le propriétaire , aucune suitepar contre merci au propriétaire de nous avoir permis de quitter les lieux qu'a 16h pour profiter au mieux car notre vol était a 20h30

Parent and young adult weekend in Lisbon

We rented this property to visit with our 21 year old and her friends. It was perfect! We had the primary bedroom and bathroom and they had the other two bedrooms and other bathroom. The roof deck is great - wonderful views! Kitchen is simple and perfect, nice big dining table. Know going in that you will walk up three flights of stairs total - this was clearly disclosed in the listing, i just want people to know that. The host is responsive and flexible!The Graca neighborhood is wonderful, within a 15 minute walk, there are lot a shops and restaurants, plus beautiful street art

Séjour très chaotique dans cette appartement: Je ne prends pas le propriétaire en tenaille car il est au courant de cette avis. - propriété plus que limite pour le sol, l’intérieur des placards de la cuisine, les joints des douches noires. - une personne coincée dans la salle d’eau plus de 20 minutes car ils ont bloqués la gâche avec du scotch.( nous nous sommes débrouillés pour lui ouvrir temps bien que mal, car aucune action pour nous aider des propriétaires. Q une fenêtre de cassée dans une des chambres impossible à fermer car les gonds sont morts. - sèche serviette cassée J’en passe et des meilleurs au vu du prix

Appartement bien situé à 15 mn à pieds de la station de metro la plus proche. Belle vue mer du salon et terrasse rooftop 👍. Manque des volets dans les chambres et dommage uniquement un lave mains dans la deuxième salle de bains. Par contre le barbecue très appréciable 😁.
