Host very responsible, we have a problem with the water heater and he always reply and sent someone to try to fix it while we were away. Parking spot a bit tight if you want to turn around inside

Séjour très agréable dans l'appartement de Flavio. L'appartement est bien équipé, très bien situé (environ 3 min à pied de la station de métro Intendente).Flavio est très réactif par messages.Je recommande vivement cet appartement pour un séjour à Lisbonne

This apartment was a wonderful stay for us. Just two blocks to the metro, underground parking, a nice kitchen, comfortable bed and a washing machine. Easy to find and across the street good bakery, a market and several restaurants. It was clean and comfortable. A great place in Lisbon.

Sehr gute Lage (direkt neben italienischer Haft) und praktischer Garagenstellplatz für den Mietwagen. Apartment hat alles was man braucht (inkl. Wasch- und Spülmsschine). Anfängliche Schwierigkeiten mit der Spülmaschine konnten mit Unterstützung von Flavio schnell gelöst werden. Eines der Schlafzimmer liegt im DG und ist dementsprechend eher warm.Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Great location: a quiet space yet easy to walk to many points of interest in Lisboa (15 minutes to walk to Alfama neighborhood). Flavio was quickly responsive. The spiral staircase to the second loft bedroom is definitely better for younger people. Overall a great value: obrigado, Flavio1

We stayed at the apartment for 4 nights and enjoyed our time there. The communication with the host and the check in/check out process were easy. The rooms are well furnished and the kitchen is stuffed with necessities. Among the things that could be improved I would recommend installing a dehumidifier in the 1st floor bedroom as it has damp smell. It helped when the windows were open. The bathroom cannot be locked from inside and has a lock which is missing a key. The lock needs to be replaced or needs a latch installed for privacy. The elevator didn’t work in the building for the entire 4 days which is not the owner’s fault but needs to be addressed with the property management as it is not easy to haul the luggage up the stairs. Overall, our stay was pleasant and we enjoyed our time at Flavio’s apartment.
