Great Location - Unhealthy property

First, let me start by saying that this place was amazing in terms of location - you could walk anywhere, food options galore, etc. Check-in was amazing - no issues there. It was very well equipped and we were not lacking any household items. Upon check-in, we noticed that the place was a little worn down compared to the pictures. Not a big deal as we understand that it will never match the pics 100%. After day 1 I started to notice how dirty the place was - not topically, but deep. The curtains and the walls had mold on them, the bathroom cabinets are peeling, and shower tile grout is black instead of white. My allergies started going crazy. (I may be slightly sensitive). We contacted the management and they sent someone to clean the next day. It really wasn't enough....the mold was so prominent that a clean would not work. Truly, the place needs to be updated. New paint, a VERY deep clean, new curtains, etc. I hope that the next person that stays will have a better overall experience than we did.

Several lights not working. Poorly equiped. Is written in the site, 'check-in from 16.00, but the person in charge was very busy. I understant, but ultimately is this the guest's problem?
