Both bedrooms are designed for restful nights. The main bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed with soft linens, while the second bedroom offers two single beds, ideal for friends or children. Ample storage space and soothing colors throughout the apartment enhance the relaxing atmosphere.

The apartment includes two en-suite bathrooms, plus an additional guest bathroom, with towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer provided.

- Late Check-In Fee
All guests must pay a fee of €25 for arrivals between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM, payable in cash at check-in

- Lost Key & Lockout Policy
A €50 fee applies if the key is not returned
An €80 fee applies if the key is lost during your stay
Additional fees may apply if a locksmith is required

Please note that this is a residential area, so we kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise levels and respect the neighbors, especially during the evening and nighttime hours.
To ensure compliance with current public safety regulations, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, which may ask guests to provide a photo of their ID and/or a selfie. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. To this end, the necessary measures will be taken to prevent its alteration, loss, improper processing, or unauthorized access.
