Welcome to your tranquil Lisbon retreat, nestled in the heart of historic Graça—one of the city’s most charming and authentic neighborhoods. Bathed in natural light, this thoughtfully designed apartment offers the perfect mix of comfort, character, and local flair.

Inside, you’ll find two tastefully decorated bedrooms:
One features a cozy queen-size bed, while the other has two single beds—ideal for children, friends, or additional guests. Soft linens, natural light, and a calming atmosphere make both rooms perfect for rest and relaxation.

The open-concept living and dining area is bright and inviting, with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, and a dining table that seats four—great for shared meals, catching up on emails, or planning your Lisbon adventures.

Step outside onto your private sun-soaked terrace, a peaceful corner adorned with cushioned seating and touches of greenery. Overlooking a quaint courtyard and the rooftops of Graça, it’s a lovely space to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for light cooking: an electric stove, microwave, toaster, Delta coffee machine, and kettle, along with all the essential utensils, cutlery, and dishware.

The modern bathroom features a sleek walk-in shower with a partial glass screen and is stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and a hairdryer.

For your convenience, the apartment also includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, and a washing machine with an iron and ironing board—making it an ideal home base whether you're staying for a few days or a longer visit.

You’ll enjoy exclusive access to the entire apartment and private terrace throughout your stay—no shared spaces, just a peaceful home to call your own in the heart of Graça.

Check-in: from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM
Check-out: by 11:00 AM

- The apartment is located on the third floor of a traditional Lisbon building with no elevator.
- Guests must complete a government-required ID form before arrival.
- If guests lock themselves out of the property or they do not place keys in the lockbox (If applicable) at checkout, a 50 euros fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply.
- A 100euros security deposit is required to book this property. The deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection.
- A Late check-in fee is required to all the check-ins from 21:00 onwards have a late check-in fee applied in the amount of 25euros

Vacances à Lisbonne

Excellent emplacement Facilité pour se rendre aux endroits emblématiques de Lisbonne. L'entrée du bâtiment par contre laisse à désirer et donne une mauvaise image de l’appartement. Celui-ci est parfait, propre, bonne literie. Nous avons regretté qu’ils ne mettent pas á disposition du papier toilette par exemple, juste assez pour le jour d’arrivée. Pareil pour le petit déjeuner ils le fournissent à 16 euros, mais pas d’eau ni de café. Un peu cher pour une box de petit déjeuner. Mais si on le sait à l’avance on s’organise et cela n’a pas gâché notre séjour. On a acheter des capsules puisqu’il y a une machine à café sur place. On reviendra.

Great for us but not handicap accessible

Me and my friends loved staying here, but be aware that there are three flights of steep stairs to get to the apartment, so if you are handicapped it might not be the most accessible rental for you!

Nice, private and quiet apartment in Graca

If you're looking to stay in Graca, this apartment is really cute, clean and has some great features. It feels super private. The private balcony overlooking a green space was lovely. The bathroom was nice, was clean and spacious, as were the living room and bedrooms. The decor feels fresh and relaxed. The owner communicated in a timely manner, and was accommodating when I asked if we could check in a bit early.We cooked once (breakfast) in the unit and the kitchen offered what we needed. Since we were coming from the US, we appreciated the shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. :-)A few other observations that might help others looking at this property:I was traveling with 2 adult children, and the second bedroom setup might be better for small children due to a low/slanted ceiling above the beds. It's on the 6th floor and there's no elevator. Also, Graca is not very close to the main city center, which is where we wanted to spend most of our time, so that was my bad.

Alles in allem wohl gefühlt. Verbesserungsvorschläge:Mehr Geschirrhandtücher und Anleitung für Geschirrspüler bereitlegen.Kaffeemaschine war leider defekt.Wäscheleine an der Fassade gehört befestigt.Eingangsbereich mit größeren Gepäck schwierig, da beengt.Schloss für die Haustür bedarf an etwas Geduld, Schlüssel schließt nur an bestimmter Position.Im Bett unter der Dachschräge war es des Nachts etwas kühler/kalt für Gäste mit größerem Wärmebedarf eher ungünstig.Die Unterstützung seitens des Gastgebers war sehr gut und immer freundlich, wir hätten uns nur einmal eine schnellere Rückmeldung gewünscht als es um den Schlüssel ging (Tür war nicht mehr zu öffnen).

Very nice flat!

The flat is very nice- we appreciated a lot the private terrace. The flat was clean and well equipped with every thing we needed.The Alfama and some little restaurants/ morning coffee are within walking distance.We are fully pleased with our stay. Thank you.

One night in Lisbon

We stayed here after a road trip down to Algarve for one night. Clean apartment with a nice balcony, but it's up a steep hill and four flights of stairs -- not for the mobility-impaired! It's about a 15-20 minute walk to an area with local restaurants and nightlife. Note if you have a car that the parking garage in the listing is cash only.

Very clean and bright

Very clean and bright, the deck was nice addition, the washing machine handy after a few weeks of travel prior to arriving. It’s on the 3rd floor and pretty tight getting larger suitcases up those stairs but we managed. The “passport” app used for checking in and managing the stay only worked intermittently which created some challenges and wasted time but when it was working it was good. Check in was easy once we got hold of someone. The main bed was very soft and saggy - one of the worst we had over the 6 places we stayed during our trip - so if you have back issues like me, you may not want to stay here - my back was killing me after the first night and by the second I was Wishing I was on the couch. A couple of coffee pods would have made life easier the first night we arrived , but not a dealbreaker. Would not stay there again just because of the bed though.

No follow up from management on problems

At check in TV’s we’re not working. Advised check in greeter and management by email. No follow up by management during full week stay. Had no television durning stay. Very bad sewer odor from the bathroom. Water seal that prevents odors from sewer line not working. Advised management by email but no response or follow up during our week long stay. We were extremely dissatisfied with the management of this property.

Lovely apartment adjacent to Lisbon center

-We loved this wonderful apartment in a quiet, real-life Lisbon neighborhood. Close to sites whether you walk, trolley, or Uber. We appreciated that it was a bit outside the center. Perfect for our 1st time in Lisbon. -The apartment was clean, well decorated, & had everything we needed for our 6-night stay. The terrace is lovely & a great place to hang out with a coffee & admire the other backyard gardens. -Check-in was easy. Duarte met us downstairs, helped us up with our luggage, & went over the details of the apartment. Bruno was easy to reach when needed. -I saw the reviews about the unit being the only one in the building that was renovated & that the building was old & dusty. We didn’t notice that the building was dusty. And of course it’s old. It’s a real apartment in a real city with real local people living in it. It’s old. It’s charming. Isn’t that what’s fun about staying in an apartment instead of a hotel? You get to mingle with the local people & get a better understanding of their culture & day-to-day lives. -I agree instructions for the washer would be helpful. But after quick Google, I found helpful advice on Reddit. Put the setting on 3 or 4 for a quick wash (about 30 mins). Then hang your clothes on the outdoor line…being careful not to drop anything on the rooftop below. I’ll miss that sock! -Finally, for some delicious Indian food, check out the Corner Grill & Bar down the street. The owner Assad was very friendly & the food is great. -Will stay again.

Beautiful apartment in excellent location

We loved our stay at Downtown Terrace Graça. The location was in a lovely neighbourhood that was convenient for getting to all our destinations but was not too busy. There were a lot of great restaurants close by as well and a number of markets to pick up food. The terrace was a lovely bonus where we enjoyed eating our breakfast.

Clean and modern apartment.

I stayed at this property this week with my husband and two children (9 and 10). There was good communication from the company beforehand and a lady met us at the property and answered any questions we had. The property is well situated and we could walk to lots of areas or the bus stops are nearby. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. It's a few flights of stairs to get to it but it's not bad. The good part is you are at the top so there is no one walking on your ceiling! There was no disturbance from neighbours or traffic at all. The apartment was clean and modern. The terrace was lovely. Everything worked. The shower was great too. The one improvement that really needs to be made is that all the bed pillows need to be changed. They are very lumpy. It would be cheap to fix that and it really needs doing! Apart from that, we loved this place and would recommend it.

Apartment is ok but located in a old and dusty building

Bedroom Configuration: While advertised as having two bedrooms, the setup is not ideal for four adults. One of the rooms is more of an attic space with a sloping ceiling, making it impractical for adults. The bed is just 30 cm from the sloped roof, and the only viable sleeping arrangement is on the floor. This means one guest may need to sleep on the sofa in the living room. Building Condition: The apartment is situated at the top of a building where only this unit appears to have been renovated. The staircase and common areas are old and dusty. Plumbing Issues: Due to the age of the building, there can be unpleasant odors from the drains and toilet. Neighborhood: The immediate area is not the most charming, though more appealing parts of Graça can be found within an 800-900 meter walk. The apartment itself is well-furnished and equipped, providing a comfortable stay for a smaller group or family. However, the second bedroom's limitations, the condition of the building, and occasional plumbing issues are worth noting.

Fantastic stay in Graca district in Lisbon!

We had such a fantastic time here. The neighborhood is great- very walkable to Rossio train station, the Castle, and many shops. The apartment is great- super comfortable and clean. AC and wifi worked great. Love the balcony!

Gute Lage, gemütliche Wohnung

Alles in allem ist diese gemütliche Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen. Die Anzahl des Geschirrs ist etwas spärlich und auch sonst ist alles andere, wie z.B. Salz, Pfeffer, Öl usw. mitzubringen. Es riecht stark aus dem Abfluss der Dusche. Wenn man dies tolerieren kann, lädt die Wohung mit der schönen Terrasse zum Erholen ein. Die Vermieter/Agentur war wirklich sehr umsorgend und sehr freundlich.

It's a beautiful little place. The hosts were not kidding about the stairs but everything in Lisbon is up and down so it's not really a surprise. Close to little markets, a butcher, and a bakery. Close to bus stop. The terrace is beautiful!
