To start with I couldn't get hold of the person who gives you the door code as well as the apt code. Then when I did connect, we got incorrect instructions re: squeezing the sides of the lock box. My husband finally solved it by flipping the black switch next to the numbers. Then after entry we discover that the 2 lovely armchairs in the photo have broken legs. We immediately notified management. Noone came til the evening of the following day. After an assessment he decided that they could not be fixed and would be removed the following day. We had been assured that someone would attend to this as we would be out all day. They said no problem, we have another set of keys. The next day , we were gone all day and came back to discover nothing had changed. The frying pan also had a stripped screw. The shower on the first floor leaked as the doors don't close properly. We asked management for a refund of 1 night. The offer was made of a 10% reduction on our next booking. This was our 3rd booking this trip with VRBO and we haven't experienced such disappointment for ourselves and our friends. Tonight we will try another in Porto and see what happens.
