Your LD Apartments Lisbon, Principe Real home is moments from sights, playgrounds and excellent restaurants. Principe Real is a captivating neighbourhood nestled in the heart of Lisbon. You get an authentic Lisbon experience with the best to offer for travellers and locals alike. This is the neighbourhood were Portuguese and international families live with many cool things to visit, eg. botanical gardens, miradors, weekly local market. within the children's playroom that also has two cots (one for babies up to 2 years and one from 2-7 years that has a side to prevent falling out) and loads of toys :)

- Apartment benefits from a garage, providing secure parking for one car (just 100m from the apartment entrance) - approximate measures are 5.57 m x 2.5 m (18.2 foot x 8.2 foot), maximum vehicle height < 2.5 m, please see pictures.
Guest Access:
Your holiday apartment will be fully available to you. Check-in is in person at the apartment, where you will receive the keys, an overview of the apartment as well as an introduction to the city, activities, Principe Real and Bairro Alto neighbourhoods. Parking Availability: We offer exclusive guest parking, let us know in advance if access is needed.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet but at the same time electrifying neighborhood, 5 min away from Chiado, Bairro Alto and Cais do Sodré, three of the most relevant quarters when visiting Lisbon. Historic yet cool, traditional but progressive. The area has got everything. From grocery shops to thrift shops passing through the best restaurants in town.
Getting Around:
By taxi or Uber, it takes about 20 minutes from the airport to the apartment and costs ~ âŹ20.
By metro, just take the red line towards SĂŁo SebastiĂŁo, change to the yellow line at Saldanha, exit at Rato. Walk ~ 10 minutes to the apartment.
By car, take advantage of the apartments complimentary garage.

Bright, Welcoming and Perfect Location: Our first-floor apartment, accessed via staircase (no elevator), is bathed in Lisbon's enchanting natural light during the day. At night, the Portuguese shutters ensure a peaceful, restful sleep. The home has two main entrances with easy access to Principe Real. The apartment also benefits from car access. Take advantage of the complimentary garage. The apartment is very quiet while the areas around the apartment ~5 min walking is very lively especially at the weekends and you have plenty of options to eat out. My wife's favourite square is moments from the apartment, including two playgrounds for kids to enjoy!
Luxurious Amenities: We provide cotton sheets, duvets, and towels, and your final cleaning is included in your stay, so you can focus on enjoying Lisbon.
Extended Stays: For guests staying more than 7 days, we offer the convenience of arranging cleaning, bed sheet changes, and fresh towels upon request.
Family-Friendly: Families with children of all ages are warmly welcomed. Bedroom 4 is set up for "little ones" with two cots ready for your use and tons of toys/games to indulge! However, if you do not have children, we may lock this room for the duration of your stay. There is a couple of playgrounds within 5 min walking of the home, the main one is in Principe Real gardens.
Parking Availability: We offer exclusive guest parking with capacity for 1 car per reservation. Located about 280 meters away from the home (+-3 to 4min walk). Approximate measures are 5.57 m x 2.5 m (18.2 foot x 8.2 foot). Please refer to the pics and let us know in advance if access is needed.
Late Check in Fees: Please be aware of the applicable late check-in feesâEUR 25 (7:30pm-midnight), EUR 35 (midnight-2am), EUR 50 (2am-9am).
