This lovely 50 m² two-bedroom apartment is the perfect retreat for couples looking for comfort, style, and a memorable stay.

The apartment is laid out over two levels. On the ground floor, you’ll find the two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed, and the other with two single beds and convenient hanging space for your clothes.

The lower floor features a cosy living area with a comfortable sofa where you can unwind, a TV to watch your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, and all the essential cookware and utensils you’ll need to easily prepare home-cooked meals.

The bathroom is stocked with all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay to ensure your comfort.

THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED ON THE GROUND FLOOR BUT YOU HAVE STAIRS TO ACCESS THE LOWER FLOOR.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This location is surrounded by iconic landmarks like the Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara, with its stunning city views. Nearby, discover top attractions such as the Carmo Convent ruins and vibrant nightlife streets. For a taste of Lisbon, enjoy local flavours at restaurants like Taberna Bairro do Avillez or A Cevicheria. This neighbourhood perfectly blends history, culture, and gastronomy.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest tram station, Ascensor Glória, is just a 3-minutes walk.

The Humberto Delgado Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
