Located on the second floor and accessible by lift, this studio's open layout fosters an airy and welcoming atmosphere, flooded with abundant natural light from its large windows.

Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa and a wide screen for watching your favorite shows.

To prepare delicious meals, the kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, an induction plate, an oven, and a microwave. 

For added convenience, the property has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The bedroom is located on a mezzanine level. It boasts a queen-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Estrela is one of Lisbon's most charming and upscale neighbourhoods.
The neighbourhood is home to various shops, cafes, and restaurants, offering a mix of traditional Portuguese cuisine and international options. Estrela also has a number of small boutiques and local markets, providing residents with everything they need within walking distance.

Estrela is well-connected by public transportation, including trams and buses, making it easy to reach other parts of Lisbon. The famous Tram 28, which is popular with tourists, passes through Estrela, offering scenic views of the city.

One of the most iconic landmarks in the area is the Basílica da Estrela, a stunning baroque-style basilica with a grand dome that can be seen from various points in the city. The church is a popular tourist attraction and a significant part of Lisbon's religious history.

Adjacent to the basilica is the Jardim da Estrela, one of Lisbon's most beloved public gardens. This well-maintained park features a variety of trees, flowers, and ponds, making it a perfect spot for leisurely strolls, picnics, and family outings. The park also has a playground and a café, adding to its appeal.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Alcântara-Terra, is just a 2-minute walk.

The nearest bus stop, Alcântara, is just a 2-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 19-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
