Bright and modernly furnished, this beautiful home is close to many of Lisbon's top attractions!

Designed with open living and dining areas, the home is a peaceful retreat after a day in the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric stove, an oven, and a microwave. Please note that the kitchen doesn't provide oil, salt, and pepper.

There are two bedrooms available. Only one bedroom has two single beds and one sofa bed while the other has a queen bed. All the beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The two bathrooms have all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Note: Construction is being done near the building. For that reason, you will experience some noise during the day that should be cancelled by closing the apartment windows.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Lining along the Tagus River, near the Cais do Sodré is filled with a rich history of Lisbon's nautical past. You can start the day by visiting Avenida Ribeira das Naus, where many Portuguese explorers' ships were built. It has a terrace with deckchairs where you can soak up the morning sun after picking up a breakfast of a bica (espresso) coffee and pastel de nata (custard tart) from a kiosk.

Mercado da Ribeira, Lisbon's biggest food market, was built in the 19th century and topped with a Moorish dome. You'll find a variety of regional cheeses, fresh seafood, flowers and handicrafts.

Lastly, walk along Rua do Alecrim towards Bairro Alto to taste the burgeoning art scene. There are several places worth stopping at, from the beautiful Allarts Gallery to d'Orey & Cardosoa treasure trove of azulejos (antique tiles) that are part of many a Lisbon facade.

Lisbon Portela Airport is a 20-mins drive from the apartment.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
