Welcome to my apartment!

Located on the 1st floor, this modern and tastefully decorated apartment is just a short distance from some of Cascais' top attractions, including Boca do Inferno.

Designed with an open floor plan, the apartment features a bright and comfortable living room with a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options for your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. There’s also a private balcony with seating where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery. For your convenience, the apartment also includes a washer and ironing equipment to handle your laundry needs.

The main bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Both bathrooms are stocked with all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

Outside, there’s a shared pool, perfect for a refreshing dip during warm days.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned to ensure the highest standards of comfort and hygiene.

Cascais, is a charming coastal town just a short train ride from Lisbon, known for its beautiful beaches, historic architecture, and relaxed seaside atmosphere. Once a royal retreat, it now welcomes visitors with a mix of elegant mansions, vibrant cafés, fresh seafood restaurants, and scenic coastal walks. Whether you're exploring the cobbled streets of the old town, lounging on sandy shores, or visiting nearby attractions like Boca do Inferno or the stunning Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, Cascais offers a perfect blend of culture, nature, and leisure. And also it is only a 5 minute drive from the popular golf clubs in Cascais

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Many bus stops are just a few minutes away.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 55-minute drive from the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
