Both bedrooms are modernly decorated with a queen bed and skylight windows. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the essentials you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

This is a great base to explore the city. The attractions nearby include Belém Tower, Padrão dos Descobrimentos, Jerónimos Monastery, Sanctuary of Christ the King, Centro Cultural de Belém, Ponte 25 de Abril, Museu de Marinha, and National Coach Museum. For a delicious meal, try one of the nearby restaurants and bars, such as SUD Lisboa, Capricciosa, Queijadas de Belem, Rui dos Pregos (Belém), O Prado, Comptoir Parisien, and A Padaria Portuguesa. For a quick snack, there is also a McDonald's Belém.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest tram stop, Altinho (MAAT) (lines: 15E and 201), is just a two-minute walk.

The property is also a short 5-minute walk from Belém station and is only 2.2 km from Alcantara-Mar, 4.8 km from Cais do Sodré, 5 km from Rato, and 5.4 km from Campolide. This location is perfect for those looking to be close to the city's transportation system.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
