The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. It also includes a washer, a dryer and a dishwasher.

There is an efficiently designed office space in case you need to comfortably work from home.

There are two amazing bedrooms. One is equipped with a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom with a double bed. Both are lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.

The neat and modern bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

The neighborhood is an authentic Lisbon neighborhood. The apartment is a short walk from the Champalimaud Foundation, several international embassies and consulates, Belem Tower and the river-front promenade. There is a Pingo Doce supermarket nearby. Lisbon's oldest skate park and a popular football club are down the street.

Excellent public transport with two bus stations and two tram stations within five minutes walk of the property (connected to bus and tram lines 15 and 15E). The property is 10 minutes walk from the major transport interchange at Alges which includes the train line (Alges Station, Lisbon -Cascais Line) and several busses to all parts of the city.

Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 100€ included.
For the first days we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
