The Graça neighborhood is one of Lisbon’s most authentic neighborhoods, where you can experience what it means to be a Lisboner and enjoy fantastic panoramic views of the entire city.

This studio is located in a renovated 4-story building and consists of a single open space with a sofa bed—which can accommodate one child—a double bed (1400x2000) for two adults, a 42-inch Smart TV with 150 channels and 1 GB Internet, a kitchenette, a washing machine and dishwasher, a refrigerator, a dining table, a coffee maker, etc. Bathroom with a shower stall and toiletries.

If you’re coming by taxi or Uber, ask the driver to stop at No. 2 on Rua de Santa Marinha, then walk down the stairs; the apartment is 25 meters to the right.

Guests must not make noise so as not to disturb other guests.
