“Our hostess, Laura was so communicative prior and during our stay there. The place was impeccably clean. It couldn’t be more convenient to see the city. There was a restaurant right out our door. She gave all kinds of resources for how to enjoy our stay there. It was a phenomenal stay! Laura greeted us when we arrived and even carried our suitcase to the door.”

“Based on the pictures, I was not prepared for how tiny this apartment was. the bathroom shower is almost unusable it is so small. Directions for accessing the apartment were minimal and we had some difficulty getting in the front door to the building. There were signs about being certain to set the security alarm for our safety but we were given no code or instructions. Door to "balcony" lock broken. Street was loud and restaurant directly below was disruptive until well after midnight. Games...

“The location is right in the heart of things, and the views, oh the views!!!! One point to note, the elevator starts one level above ground, so there is a level where you need to carry your bags. ”

“Nice size apartment for a family and a good location for walking around Lisbon. Guests should note apartment is above a noisy restaurant so expect loud noise and music until at least 11:00 each night. Some confusion about check-out time…. In the VRBO messages, host said checkout was at 11:00 am. Inside the apartment, check out time is listed as 10:00 am in one spot and 10:30 in another. We assumed and clarified with host that 11:00 would be fine. We came back from breakfast and were shocked...

“On nous a "annulé" le séjour via whatsapp 2 jours avant le départ sans annulation officielle de la part de hôtel.com. et donc sans preuve de remboursement. L'hébergement étant injoignable. On a du réserver et donc payer un autre hébergement en dernière minute qui nous a coûté beaucoup plus cher. Suite à des longues discussions avec Hôtel.com on nous a accordé un remboursement une fois le séjour passé. J'ai même cru à une arnaque ... A FUIR !!! ”
