“Ended up arriving in the middle of the night due to late start for my travel itinerary. Woman at the front desk was very nice and worked quickly to check me in so I could get to sleep right away. Other family members have stayed here previously so would recommend. ”

“The room smelled smoke, the toilet vas dirty, the floor was dirty, there was an old used towel in the shower, the toilet paper was almost empty and there was no new paper on the room. But the bed was pretty comfortable. ”

“I could not get into the app for touchless check in - there was only one staff member there who was not at the desk he was upstairs helping another guest. The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We didn’t use the hotel amenities but we did have breakfast which was good but not much of a selection. I barely slept because the walls are paper thin and you can hear every conversation. Also at about 2:30am the people in the room next to us decided to have very loud sex for 2...

“Very nice and clean. Near the airport, but very quiet - we didn't hear anything at all. Good breakfast. There is also a Wallmart across the street, so we got some groceries there for the road trip.”

“Only person who spoke English was person at desk. No one check on morning breakfast to make sure everything was okay. Didn't put toilet paper & towels in downstairs restrooms for at least a day after being told. Windows really needed cleaning. Tub faucet was loose. ”

“The description on Expedia said there was a pool. There was no pool. We didn't see it. Breakfast was not good. The walls were very thin and we could hear everything from the rooms next to us and the rooms above. This made for a sleepless night. The light over the bed was out. The bathroom door did not close all the way. The sign inside the door still said Red Roof Inn, though it is not any more. The sign outside said to wear masks and practice social distancing, a remnant from the Covid pandemic...

“A little below the average Hilton, but overall good. Nappy old bed cover was replaced the 2nd day, but nothing was done about the metal bedframe protruding 5" that gave a good cut on my leg. Comfortable bed and pillows.”

“The breakfast menu was okay. The pancake maker was strange and they didn't look very good. The waffle maker should be brought back. The room was clean and not sprayed with room fresheners --Thank You! There was the smell of skunk in the hall ways but that is beyond your control if the customers choose to smoke pot. Parking was safe. The personnel was polite. ”

“Breakfast was good most of the time, but waffle machine did not always work, several days without syrup when the machine did work and apple juice often out.”

“Poor service and welcome. Asked for a room not on the ground floor, and as I didn't want to become a rewards member they said "sorry, the 2 upper floors are for members only". This is the 1st time I have been poorly treated. People were loud in the hallway through the night. Around 7pm a girl was running around begging for help. Scary! Never again! Avoid!”

“Two things I look for when booking a hotel. Free parking and breakfast. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Two cereal choices and a broken juice machine. ”

“We did not have time to swim. The staff was great. The coffee bar was closed but she gave us a coffee it was 5 past close.”
