The conference room TV is ideal for presentations and video playback, while the TVs in the second bedroom and classroom/living area are well suited for detailed document review, visual analysis, and collaborative sessions.The classroom/living area can also be used as a presentation-style filming space for recorded talks, training videos, and professional speaker reels when paired with guest-provided lighting and camera equipment.The space also features modular furniture that can be moved to support different layouts and group needs, allowing guests to configure the environment for meetings, workshops, training, or rest. The furnishings are designed with guest comfort in mind. We just ask that any moved furniture be returned to its original place before departure.Between work sessions, guests can cool off at the pool, play pickleball, enjoy the community’s water features, or unwind at home.
