Welcome to the Homestead on Weber Road! A quaint little attached Cape Cod nestled atop a hill near Speedwell Forge Lake is perfect for the family, a girlfriend trip, or a couples only weekend trip to beautiful Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Relax in a heated sunroom located at the back of the property overlooking a wooded backyard and large meadow beyond where you will frequently see deer, red fox, and a large variety of wild birds. Sunroom also contains a large, flat screen TV and wrap around sofa with a queen pull-out sofa bed. Cozy family room provides guests another flat screen TV and DVD. A well-equipped, recently renovated eat-in kitchen with a large kitchen table and island that makes everyone feel welcome. Master bedroom suite with a king bed is located off the kitchen on the first floor. Full bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom with all main floor doorways and bathroom being ADA compliant. Laundry Room is also on the first floor for ease of doing a quick load of wash. There are two bedrooms upstairs. One contains a queen bed and the other has a full daybed with a twin pull-out trundle which is perfect for the kids or teens. Another full bathroom is located between the two upstairs bedrooms. Parking for up to six vehicles in driveway. House has free Wi-Fi and satellite TV in the Family Room, Master Bedroom and Sunroom; Smart TVs are in the upstairs bedrooms. Towels and Bed Linens are provided.
Close to Hershey Park, Lititz (Best Small Town in US), Manheim Auto Auction, Outlet Shopping, Lancaster Central Market, Quilt Shops, Farmers Markets, Middle Creek Wildlife Refuge, Wolf Sanctuary, Museums, and much, much more.

Great place to stay for a family!!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Lititz! It was the perfect spot for our family — spacious, clean, and incredibly well-stocked. The kids were thrilled to find toys to play with, which made our time there even more relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals, and the grill was a great bonus for easy dinners.We spent time exploring Hershey, Lititz, and Lancaster — the drive to Hershey was about 40 minutes and totally worth it. The area is peaceful and secluded, with beautiful views all around. It was the perfect blend of quiet retreat and convenient location. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great trip!!

Beautiful property! The accommodations were exactly as pictured. Everything was neat, clean and very spacious. The grounds were picture perfect. The girls loved the see-saw and the tire swing. We very much enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

The house is lovely. It was well stocked with any dishes , blankets and normal things you might need. Everything was very clean and well organized. The owners are very nice and quick to respond.This was the first time we have ever rented a place and it was absolute worth doing.

It was a beautiful location. The house was great for our needs. We had four adults and one child. We also had another two adults and one child visit for a few hours and there was plenty of room for all of us. The bathrooms and bedrooms were all large. And the kitchen was well supplied. Thanks!

Awesome time with the grandsons!

This is the third time my family has stayed at this location and the kids all love it. They loved the tire swing in the back yard, the games, and they had so much fun with the super-sized slinky. Since last year curtains in the den have been added and they added so much to the look of the den. It is crazy how much my grandsons love the den. Even with the three bedrooms everyone crashes on the floor and couch. It's such a bright and happy place to be. There is a lake very close to the property and my grandsons had so much fun fishing in it. I have spoken to the owners and they are both such nice people. I'm sure we will be back for our fourth visit. I highly recommend this place.

WOW! Just wow!

We chose this location so my daughter and son in law could attend a wedding at the Elizabeth Furnace and not be far from their newborn. It was just 5 minutes away! Upon arriving we were just blown away with the beauty of the home (more like an estate!!). We were able to settle in nicely and enjoy the local treats the host left for us. We spent part of our time shopping for bargains at Green Dragon Market and New Holland to visit Shady Maple. The host’s amenities—laundry soap, toiletries, family friendly games- were just icing on the cake! It was SUPER quiet and we loved seeing the wildlife and animals on the property. My granddaughter loved seeing the chickens. We are already planning our return late summer to spend time as a family to celebrate birthdays and graduation.

2nd stay just as sweet

This was our second time staying at Bob and Terri’s cozy home atop the hill and it was just as amazing as the first stay. It was a quick trip for us but was comforting knowing exactly what our stay would be like and that everything we could need to have a comfortable stay was already in place. The hosts even treated us to Lancaster made whoopie pies, special homemade breads and granola bars. It even smelled so clean and welcoming when we walked in and there were vacuuming lines on the carpets proving the cleanliness of the home between guests. This is by far our most favorite place to relax in Amish country and hope to visit again! Thanks Bob and Terri!

Weekend stay

The house was as advertised. It was spacious and homey, really nice for a family and a dog. The house is pretty open, easy to spread out or all get together to watch a show or a movie. The backyard is great if you’re bringing a dog. The only slight issue is that the rental house is connected to another house where the owners live, so if you’re looking for more privacy, you may want to take this fact into consideration. However, this wasn’t an issue for us.

Beautiful house and property

Our family had a lovely two night stay. The house is very well provisioned, comfortable and spacious. Appreciated the extra touches, like fresh pastries in the kitchen! Kids enjoyed playing in the backyard. Perfect stay!

Treated Like Family!!!

What a surprise to pull up to this beauty of a property on the top of the hill! This house reminded me of my grandmother’s house, but not in an old fashioned, outdated way. Instead, it was so cozy and well prepared for guests and every detail, including the dishes and glasses in the cabinets are unique to the home, making guests feel like they are visiting family of their own. The beds were comfortable, ceiling fans or stand up oscillating fans provided for each bedroom and electric candles and curtains in all of the windows. Many of the rooms had book cases filled with classics for kids and adults, but also had tvs in each bedroom and each of the living rooms. As for the bathrooms and laundry rooms, we were pleasantly surprised to find an overabundance of towels, hand towels, and wash cloths available for our use and plenty of laundry detergent and dryer sheets in the laundry room. Although we did not make use of many of them, the kitchen was well stocked with appliances for different modes of cooking/food prep.Few things to note: laundry room is only accessible through the master bedroom and the master bathroom is located just outside the master bedroom door. Also, the property listing does not show window treatments on the bathroom windows, but upon arrival, there were curtains in one bathroom and privacy film on the other. Owners PLOWED the driveway after the snowstorm on our schedule!!DON’t HESITATE to book this property; you will feel like family your whole stay!!

Wedding week base house

This house was the perfect spot for the family to gather from various parts of the country for a wedding celebration. The house was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked so we could even pull off a Thanksgiving meal. It was comfortable and spacious for the 9 of us.
