Beautiful Backyard

Great location between town and the beach! House was clean and comfortable, we loved the backyard. Sitting around the fire pit in their beautiful backyard was such a nice way to end the day.

Stay was fantastic. House is immaculate and has absolute everything you’d ever need. Beautiokitchen, comfortable beds, amazing outdoor shower. We will definitely be back.

We had a very nice vacation at this house. The driveway and plantings are very nice to drive into. The house is perfect for a couple to get away, and there are bunks for the kids. Joy and Mike have done a great job. Thank you for making a nice week in Little Compton we appreciate it!

Loved it so much, we came back!

We stayed in this beautiful house last year and loved it so much, we can back again this year! Everything you need for a great vacation is included, from the fire pit and corn hole to the fully equipped kitchen. The hosts are incredibly accommodating. Knowing it was going to be a very hot week, they put an air conditioner in the bunk room, in addition to the splits in the living room and main bedroom. Five stars all around!

Fantastic and peaceful cottage

We loved our stay! I spent my summers growing up in Little Compton and was so happy we found this cottage. It was spotless, well decorated, comfortable and peaceful both inside and out. The hosts were accommodating and added many special touches to make their home inviting. The bunk room was perfect for our young kids. The kitchen was fully stocked. The bathroom was luxurious. We made s’mores in the fire pit, played corn hole, took a lovely outdoor shower and explored all there is to offer in the area. The home is fully air conditioned so previous reviews do not apply. It was comfortable in every room. We will definitely be back. 5+ stars from me!

Beautiful house and location

The house is beautiful and very well equipped, everything from a blender to corn hole to play in the beautiful back yard. Our only complaint is the AC (or lack there of). There is only one AC in the living room and despite leaving it on all day and night, the bedrooms never cooled off. We were there during a very hot week and the owner kindly brought us a fan and offered to buy more. Everything else about this house is wonderful. If they would add AC to the bedrooms, I'd give it10 stars!

The cutest cottage with the nicest amenities

We loved our stay! We were looking to stay in a classic New England cottage but also needed modern conveniences because of our two young toddlers. This rental exceeded all expectations. The appliances are all top of the line, the kitchen well stocked with tools, and the closets had more than enough towels, blankets and back up sheets. The house was perfect for young kids. Not enough has been said in reviews about the outdoor shower. It is amazing! Our family only showered outside for the duration of our stay because it’s private, amazing water pressure and perfectly hot. There are air conditioning units in the living room and master bedroom. The bunk room did get hot during some of the nights of our stay in the heat of summer. We would love to book this cottage again if we get the opportunity to come back!

Perfect Beach Home!

We absolutely loved this home! First, it was SPOTLESS, and beautifully decorated. This home was very well appointed with everything we needed to relax, make meals and enjoy time together. Also, it’s a short bike ride to the beach! Can’t recommend this house enough!

Lovely quiet spot between the Town center and the beach!

Great patio—firepit, dining space, and a wonderful outdoor shower. Beautiful dining area, kitchen, and bathroom. The only items that would’ve made our stay even better would have been a lobster pot and an air conditioning unit in either bedroom. It was warm at night sleeping.

Great Place for a getaway

Generously appointed and very well-stocked. Convenient location. Immaculately clean. Newish construction , nice and plentiful housewares, appliances, etc. Nicely landscaped. Small house, comfortably laid out. Suggestions: Bedside lamp for reading in MBR. Some chips on coffee mugs, an apron for cooking. Five Stars!

A Quiet Little Lace in a Quiet Little Corner

The owners spent a good amount of money in designing, stocking and landscaping the seaside-ish property. It looks lovely. It’s not perfect. Consistent with VRBO rules, we paid nearly $6,000 in advance for two weeks before high season. Turns out, that was one week too long for us. You do not meet the host. A request for paper napkins was greeted with a “we don’t provide those.” There were not cloth napkins. It’s reasonable to expect that the host, in the interest of goodwill, would happily spend $3 for 100 paper napkins. Oh, well, we knew not to make any more requests. Compared to other nearby rentals, this property seems overpriced. Perhaps that’s why many dates remain available. I can only hope the host is interested in honest customer feedback, which is key to running a successful business. I hesitated to write even this much. Our goal is to be helpful. With good wishes to all.

Just what the doctor ordered

This is our 2nd time staying here. The house is lovely & clean!! It’s a great house. We hope to rent it again in the future. The owners/hosts ( Jodi & Mike) are great & easy to work with! They make the process extremely pleasant. I grew up in South Tiverton & have always loved Little Compton. To me it’s like coming home.

A charming and peaceful retreat in Little Compton

From the outside to the inside this beautiful property exceeded our expectations. So bright and filled with natural light, impeccably clean and cozy. Equipped with all the amenities a Family might need and only a 35 minute scenic walk to South Shore Beach. A few minutes away from The Historic District, Gray's ice cream, and some great roadside stands.

Perfect vacation home

My family & I had a wonderful week at this vacation home in LC. It is perfectly appointed with everything you need - the home is very comfortable, great kitchen & we really enjoyed the patio & fire pit area. Always appreciate an outdoor shower! The split AC was very welcomed as the temps in first half of week were quite warm & humid. We loved our time in LC, spending time at South Shore, Tiverton Four Corners, the Boathouse & visits to family in area. Highly recommend !

Jodi was wonderful to work with. She answered any questions we had quickly. Adorable home with a lot of attention to detail. Great kitchen to cook meals in. Incredibly inviting home!!! Loved the back yard area too. We rode our bikes & walked just about every day. Nice quiet location.

Perfect getaway

This was an exceptional property. It's well designed, everything is new, the place was immaculate and extremely well equiped with everything you could possibly need. Jodi and Mike have done a great job providing an inviting and serene home away from home. The location is ideal for those looking to get away from it all, relax in the country setting and be just minutes from the beach and other attractions. Jodi and Mike were super responsive and provided everything, and went out of their way to ask if I was missing anything. Overall, one of the best rentals I've had.
