“The staff were extremely nice, and they double check the cleanliness and status of your room after turnover by the cleaning staff. They made a large effort to have the room ready for an earlier check-in. The room itself was very clean (and the bathroom products smell great). The hotel is situated next to the international tennis hall of fame and is a short walk to downtown, or you can take a slightly longer stroll and head toward the cliff walk/mansions! ”

“This was the perfect location for a trip to Newport. The place was clean and cozy. The shared bathroom was also clean.Tara was fantastic & got back to us in an hour. Would definitely recommend! ”

“We had a great stay here! Owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. The house is about a 20-25 minute walk to the busy part of Newport so we walked it most of the time but did need the occasional Uber. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was very nice. Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the area. ”

“My wife and I had a great time at Lillypad. On the first night, we brought wine and a charcuterie board onboard and had a romantic evening. On the second day, we went into town and had a wonderful day. Both nights, the sunsets were gorgeous.”

“Hosts Doug and his wife were great! Friendly and very accommodating. The loft is spotless and comfortable furniture. Large hammock. Great clean bathroom and shower. Location to Newport and other attractions is super easy. Would highly recommend. ”

“We do a girls trip to a different place every year. The house was very clean, very cute with a great view with an outside deck. The house was well equipped with everything you would need. The host was easy to contact and replied right away. We would definitely put this on our list of places to stay again. It’s a 25 minute ride to downtown Newport. ”

“Great ample space for our family. With two comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, it was perfect for four. We enjoyed the spacious living room and balcony giving us enough room to spread out with our dogs. The kitchen has everything you need, therefore, its nice for whipping up some quick meals or if you need to heat up anything. “We were warmly greeted. The house was very cute. It was nice having a second bathroom. The house was nicely planned with all of the amenities, including a washer and dryer. Close to everything. Highly recommend.”

“Very clean, newly and beautifully decorated home in a quiet, suburban neighborhood. Looks exactly like the photos posted. Beds are super comfortable, especially enjoyed the blackout shades in the super sunny bedrooms. Location is superior - quick drive to downtown Newport and mansions/cliff walk. Many good local restaurants if you prefer to stay close. The host is professional and easy to interact with. Would definitely stay again. Wish we stayed long enough to enjoy the back deck/BBQ grill....

“The home was immaculate and was well equipped. Bed was one of the most comfortable we ever slept on. The setting gave the sense of sleeping on a boat with the shoreline right out our back door. Although it was a bit chilly to sit on the beach, we enjoyed the walk and sightseeing in Newport and Jamestown. The Animal Toparchy Gardens were fascinating. We would love to rent this"little slice of Heaven" again sometime.”

“The location of the property is excellent. Its in a very quiet residential neighborhood and is very private with a nice outdoor patio and yard. It is possible to walk to some neighboring businesses and restaurants and its very near some main roads to easily travel to Newport, Middletown, some hiking areas or the beaches. The house itself is modernized New England and charming. The stairs are quite steep and there should be a warning for those who might have a problem. We were there for 6 nights....
