“Avie was wonderful to work with during our fabulous trip. He arranged for our rental car to be delivered to his beautiful location we stayed at and made sure we had transportation from airport ready and there to pick us up once we arrived. “This is our second stay here. We just had to come back to enjoy the expansive view of the ocean right from where we sleep. Got to see stingrays, turtles, fish, and starfish from the deck and used the kayaks to explore the area. Amenities were great along with the very comfortable bed! We highly recommend staying here. It’s a one of a kind location on the island. Quite a magical place! ”

“If you know Exuma, then you know anywhere you stay is a blessing! But this home was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. The set up with the two master en suites on the main floor was great and the huge porch with super nice screens to keep out any bugs was an extra awesome addition. “This was our third time to stay at the Nemo House and I hope it won't be our last! It's the perfect house. So well stocked, fantastic layout for two families, incredible views, perfect location on the island (close to grocery stores and a "half way point" between both ends of the island making trips to both ends feel doable.)
