The only thing I would say was a negative for us, is that it wasn’t ideal for my husband’s medical conditions. I also want to point out that the house did not claim to be accessible. “We had a great time at this house. It was perfect for what we needed. The lake is very quiet and relaxing. We are novice boaters and were able to rent a boat and do a little tubing very easily. Randy was super helpful and responsive and the house is beautiful (as is the view!).”
