Fritidshus i Little Horse Trail

“This place worked out fine. 2 beds, a nice kitchenette, nice bathroom and centrally located. We also appreciated hanging maps and clear communication. There is an added breakage fee that was not clear at first glance. Overall, I think the price is too steep for what it is but that's Sedona I guess. We enjoyed it. ”

“The property was centrally located and easy to find, and the host was easy to reach when needed. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the linens felt poor quality. The plastic mattress protector also made a loud rustling noise whenever we moved, which added to the discomfort. The location and communication were positives, but the bedding needs significant improvement.”

“We had a wonderful time at your super cute cottage. Beds were very comfortable and warm for the chilly weather. We had some very competitive games of pool in the game room! Loved that the kitchen is well stocked too. The red wine left for us went perfect with our impromptu charcuterie board after a day of exploring. Thank you for being a wonderful host. ”

“This "guest house" was the perfect place for us. It was very clean, compact and so close to the main business, event district of Sedona, yet far enough away from the crowd! It was so quiet and peaceful. “Celestina, our host, was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. She checked in multiple times to ensure that everything was satisfactory. The property was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked with all the essentials. Its prime location in Clarkdale, just a short distance from downtown, provided easy access to Jerome and Cottonwood. If we ever return to this area, we’ll definitely choose this exact house again.”

“The house was very spacious for our family of 5. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table, there was also a good selection of books during down time. Kitchen was well stocked, nice linens, even got to park in the garage. Great location, close to trails, beautiful views. ”
