“Travelled with our 2 kids, 5 and 4. The best amenity is the kids club. The staff there are very good and connect with the kids well. I cannot say the same for the remaining staff. The security personnel would pass a smile and say hello. Outside of that the other staff seem unhappy to be there. Not welcoming and buffet staff don't even want to speak more than a word, rarely saw a smile. Out of all their restaurants the Italian was the only good one, others were very average. “Staff was amazing, food was great, amenities and activities were all great. My only suggestion, they could provide a map of the grounds, shops, amenities and restaurants to each guest upon arrival. “The room was sooo nice, like a bungalow. Clean , and the bed was comfy. The beach is amazing and the hotel is nice, even the gym, you got what you need. It’s expensive inside the hotel but across the street you have the supermarket, some souvenir shops , coffeeshop , atm and restaurant. That one was expensive tho. It’s about 7 min with car to the town , it’s very small. I would recommend sweet spice or corner bar, small local places where you can get local food to a very good price. Otherwise...
