“What a wonderful stay. The views were absolutely amazing. Kitchen well equipped. We bought live lobsters just $10 a lb from Hannafords (try also the French baguette) just 12 min drive and cooked them, clams and corn all in the steamer provided. Lounge seating very comfortable. Cooks corner area has everything incl Walmart superstore. David was a wonderful host. Could not speak too highly of him. He came out late at night when I could not work something out.”

“This cozy cottage is in the beautiful town of Phippsburg, next to the break-taking beach of Popham State Park. With its site on the ocean shore, the sound of waves soothes your soul, and the beach lends all kinds of opportunities for exploring both at low tide and high tide. Our host and hostess were very responsive to our needs, and my daughter and I greatly enjoyed out stay.”

“Delayed by one year 50th wedding anniversary celebration for Peg & me.Children (& spouses), g-children and my wife’s sister all able to join us this year.Oceanside house was beautifully situated for consistent great views (including a whale one morning!) and a comfortable sense of privacy. “The home was great. All four beds in one room, a queen and bunk beds, so not suitable for 4 adults. Other than that, well appointed and maintained. No notebook with garbage instructions or how to use TV. Arrived to find some cleanliness issues and two broken chairs on deck. Not major, particularly for a Maine coast bungalow that may have been vacant for a while. Contacted Vacasa on Saturday evening. Sunday and Monday. Added VRBO on Monday. Local team showed Monday and mitigated problems. They...
