Vårt hem är utformat för dem som söker en lyxig reträtt i naturen. Ta fantastiska bilder av enastående panoramautsikt över Livermore Valley och kullar. Perfekt för att göra sig redo för det speciella bröllopet, familjen kommer tillsammans och företagens retreats.

    Utrymmet

    Många fantastiska vandringsleder som omger egendomen i. e Morgan Territory Regional Preserve, Mount Diablo och Los Vaqueros Reservoir. Du får
    utforska egendomen också på egen risk eftersom det kan vara obelagda vägar, goferhål och betesmarker.
    Vårt hem har blivit vackert renoverat och vi arbetar för närvarande med underhållsprojekt. Vi gör vårt bästa för att schemalägga vår gästbostad.

    Tillgång till hela hus och egendom, med undantag för ett hus på landet. Hästboder och ridning arena tillgänglig för användning med förvarning. Vänligen kontakta oss med några frågor.

    Kommer att få hjälp 24/7 per telefon, text eller e-post. Ranch hand & landscaper kan vara på egendom runt middag ibland under vistelser längre än 3 dagar (till landskap och foder kycklingar) men kommer att göra sitt bästa för att arbeta runt din vistelse för din komfort och avskildhet

Excellent property and great host.The house had everything we needed with a lot of extra touches that you wouldn’t expect. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and it just smelled good everywhere you went. We are likely to stay here again when we come to visit family. 5 stars across the board.

Place to have an out of office meeting

It was great and the host was very accommodating. We were looking for an out of office meeting location to promote team building and reduce meeting distractions. This location was perfect.

Ranch house getaway

Very nice experience in a well appointed place located on a country road minutes away from Livermore. Hamzeh is an attentive host, and the house is comfortable, light, and airy.

Big Hill, Great Views!

Members of our cycling team came for the weekend and absolutely loved it! The owners are very helpful and responsive and we appreciated the home and its location. very much.

Great Space for Families

The house had a great layout for multiple people to hang out doing different activities. The kitchen had everything we needed. It would be great if a wheelchair accessible entrance could be added and if the middle bedroom mattress was replaced.

The owner lives on the property with you

Why the listing fails to mention this is beyond me. Its not a secluded retreat. Youre sharing a property with another family and im pretty sure they have ranch employees living in the back

Walked in to find out we were double booked!!!

We started our bachelorette weekend by walking into the house only to find two strangers sitting on the couch saying it was their place for the weekend. I reached out to the host right away, the next minute I got an email saying my reservation was cancelled. He didn't even have the decency to call me back to explain. It was five of us that flew in from out of town, only to be homeless and our plans were completely ruined. It was too late to find another home in Livermore so our Wine Country Bachelorette had to be transferred to the city. What a nightmare! The owners had rented out the home on two separate platforms to cause this mess. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Highly recommend

If you are looking for a clean, quiet, away from the beaten place with all the comforts of your home plus more, then look no further. The home will impress everyone no matter what age you are. It is well taken care of and the hosts are marvelous. They make the process of booking and check in so easy that you will want to return for every visit to Livermore. They are very responsive and very helpful. Thank you Suzanne and Hamzeh.

Amazing Property

Our families had such an amazing time. The property is perfect for a getaway that is not far from anything. Beautiful home and had everything we needed. Suzanne and Hamzeh were great hosts. We are already planning our next trip. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Better than the pictures! Amazing home!

This was an absolutely incredible place to stay. The house was clean and spacious. Cows, chickens, and horses all around. Close enough to the city to not be a hassle but just far enough where you can relax. We really enjoyed all of the amenities outside as well. 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful retreat

We rented this property for our Christmas celebration. It’s a lovely, modern home nestled in the hills of Livermore. The drive to the property was spectacular and we loved the fact that it felt so remote but was still so close to everything. The furnishings and amenities are top notch and the kitchen is large and well-stocked. The goody basket was a nice touch.

Perfect Staycation

This property was amazing for our staycation Moms weekend. Hot tub, comfy beds… close enough to town to get whatever we needed but far enough away to feel like we were isolated and “away” from it all. Our only issue was difficulty with the keypad on the door (we couldn’t get in!) & not being able to get in touch with the owner. Luckily we found the person who lives on site and he was able to help us! Other than that, we loved this place and look forward to coming back again.

Fantastic girls trip

The house was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, plenty of plush towels, lots of space to spread out. The outside doesn't look like much, but don't be fooled, this house is beautiful! This house was centrally located for our group of friends. Close to town if you need anything, but we didn't. We didn't leave the property the entire weekend except to go on walks up the hill...gorgeous views! The only reason for not giving the property all 5 stars is due to the fact that our check in code didn't work when we arrived. We had to call and wait for a new code. This did NOT hinder our weekend at all. We will be back!!!

Great for groups

The property feels tucked away, but it's less than 10 minutes to town. This was a perfect spot for my bridesmaids to stay for a local wedding. The house easily slept all parties in a bed and provided a great location for get ready pictures. We enjoyed our stay!

Super nice place

We booked this ranch house for a two days getaway, when we arrived, the owner couple were taking care of the plants, we had a very pleasant chat. When we open the door, the inside of the house is very clean, welcoming, spacious, and everything we could need, even though, the outlooking of the house is just plain. We watched sunset and sunrise, enjoyed the yard and our barbecue, next time, we gonna bring hoodie with us, it’s so windy up on the hill!
