Pas d'état des lieux d'entrée et de sortie, pas de poubelles vides à notre arrivée, nous devons emmener nos poubelles à la déchèterie car personne ne s'en occupe. Et une fois que nous sommes parti, la caution est restituée moins 80 € de forfait enlèvement poubelles. Belle arnaque...”

“Très belle villa située au milieu d'un champ d'oliviers. Parfait pour passer des vacances au calme tout en étant à moins 15 minutes en voiture d'une ville typique, vivante et présentant tous les commerces et restaurants nécessaires.L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter une bonne partie des Pouilles. Maison très propre et bien agencée et l'accueil à l'arrivée a été très chaleureux. Annie est très attentionnée et très réactive pour nous aider à programmer nos visites. La piscine est un vrai plus !...

“We had a wonderful stay at this Villa. The house was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The modern bathrooms and fresh interiors made it feel extra comfortable. We especially loved the private garden with its big pool, nice dining area and outdoor kitchen. We enjoyed both grilling and making our own pizzas — such a treat! Highly recommended!”

“We stayed at the property for 10 days in the end of september. The location is great, centered in puglia with all you need within reasonable distance. The buildings are nice, especially the old trulli part. The pool is beutiful but starts to get cold in the end of september. When the air is medium hot, 25-30 degrees, there are annoying mosquitos, especially noticeable when using the pool. “We had a wonderful 5 days at Roger’s house. The pool was huge and beautiful. The most wonderful location to totally relax. The house was large and comfortable and so well equipped. We felt very welcome and Ottavio made checking in a joy. Exceeded all expectations. We would return in a heartbeat and I would highly recommend! ”

“Excellent large property with plenty of room inside and out. Seating area with bbq and a fabulous large area surrounding the large pool. We had a great stay and Neil the property manager was always available to answer any questions. Would highly recommend this property for a stay. You will need a vehicle to get around to see the very many beautiful towns in this region. There are plenty of supermarkets for food shopping and restaurants and cafes in the towns.
