“Small, contemporary hotel at a great location. The front desk staff is a little inexperienced, but they try to please. The hotel manager, Sr. Fernández, goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. We would definitely stay here again. ”
“We had a lovely stay at the Isabella by Viadora. We rented the "Exclusive Apartment" (3 bedroom, 3 bath) for two weeks over the summer and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The apartment was even better than advertised (which almost never happens!) and we were so happy with our decision to rent there. We've stayed in Polanco previously at a major hotel, and it was so nice to have a boutique experience with all of the major amenities of a hotel.

2. Litet rum man kände lite smått instängd då fönster vätte mot en innegård på några få meter.
3. Rummet saknar Chromecast på tvn. Detta hade varit ett trevligt tillskott.
4. Frukostmenyn som var inkluderad var mycket liten. Man fick till och med betala extra för en ynka cappuccino, snålt!!

“Wild Oscar is an ”okey” hotel, but nothing more. The vibe is little bit off. Our bedlinen had a lot of small holes in it. Entire hotel needs a facelift!”

Put a bit lower on cleanliness because our under sheet had several stains but we had two of them so I just put the other one over. "
