“We had a lovely holiday in this cottage. However check in details were provided within 24 hours of start date not within 48-72 hours stated within VRBO guide. VRBO are not based locally (they believed 1pm was am) and language barrier made a simple communication issue very complex and stressful. After they eventually contacted the agent all was fine. We had some initial cleaning issues with the cottage which were promptly and efficiently resolved by the agent. The location is excellent - lovely...

“Overall the property was spacious, for the most part clean and we enjoyed our stay. However, there were a number of things that needed attention with the shower being the main one. We have reported our issues to the management company in case they were not aware of them but have not had a reply as yet. ”
