“Plenty of local walks requiring no vehicle once you have arrived. If you're looking for peace and tranquility, this is perfect. Open fire, cosy lounge and central heating as back up. Beautiful views from front windows of mountains. Remember to keep gate closed as local sheep are free to roam. This is our second visit and we're still discovering new walks and places of interest. Nature at it's best!!”

“We had a wonderful stay in this quaint little cottage. Even our grumpy teen who doesn’t like anyone or anything thoroughly enjoyed her stay and wants to return. The most beautiful views of Snowdon from the living room window. Homely little fire burning and keeping us all cosy. Just idyllic. My son also found Rosalie’s bird poem book and as a parrot owning family he had a good chuckle reading them. 100% we will be back.”

“Super cute property. Alice in wonderland themed. Very unique and cool decor. Property was spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed, with Queen of hearts decor. Upstairs there is a private garden, with decking and big table and chairs, and lighting and heater, which was a fantastic surprise. The upstairs garden has great privacy, and feels very safe from the general public. Theres also a downstairs outdoor area, with table and chairs, which was nice, though quite a few spiders outside, so we avoided...

“We stayed for just a couple of nights but will behappy to return here for a longer stay. The property is small but very well appointed and equipped and the location is perfect. Hosts were friendly and helpful. No negatives at all, great little property.”

“Where to start. The only positive comment is that the holiday park that the property is situated is lovely, with good facilities. If I was the owner of the park, I wouldn't allow this cottage to be associated with it. Now for the negatives. 1. Firstly the picture shown on the website is nothing like the property looks like and should be removed. Its an old terraced cottage. That needs a lot of TLC to the front and rear of the property. 2. The description of the property also does not tell...

“Lovely warm property, well equipped kitchen, games to play and books to read. Great hosts there to show us around and let the kids feed the chickens, which they loved. Lovely little food parcel to welcome us which the kids loved dipping into. Beautifully clean and comfortable with extra blankets and throws for snuggling. We didn’t realise there was no bath when we booked which would have added to the experience and eased our muscles after hiking Snowdon but it is on the listing that it is shower...

“Beautiful cottage, spectacular scenery (when the weather is clear) Our weather wasn't great (storm Katherine!!) so low cloud obscured the view in the mornings. Gorgeous location, we met the hosts and they are lovely. Lots of places to visit. I have mobility issues otherwise a walk up on the hills would have been wonderful. Very well equipped and we would definitely come back.”

“I am a widower of a certain age and I found Ty Rhiannon an ideal place to stay but it would also be ideal for a couple without mobility issues given the stairs . For me personally I could not fault the accommodation in any shape or form which is homely , tastefully decorated , fully equipped with a spacious and comfortable bedroom I would certainly recommend it and would hope to return next year .”

“I had a great time at Sandy Shell Cottage. The owner is very kind and communicative. The cottage is very central for Conwy but tucked away on a quiet street. Immaculately cleaned cottage. Well heated in winter. Strong shower. Very large comfortable bed. Lovely welcome items too. I would definitely return. ”

“Had a fabulous time cottage was beautiful and set in a lovely quiet area. Very relaxing definately love to stay again. Thomas greeted us and made us feel very welcome. Goodies were very much appreciated.”

“Absolutely beautiful. I have never stayed in a static caravan before but this was the best experience for a first timer. The facilities were spot on and the hot tub was an added bonus and throughly enjoyed by the children. The only downside was that the toilet seat was very loose and shifted when sitting on it. It was a minor problem and didn’t really affect our stay. ”
